Mega Agent Pro/ Samantha Eib are amazing!! Nearly everyday we receive another awesome lead. I was so doubtful in the beginning, but she has been so much more than I ever expected!! read more

UPDATE: This is by far the worst service I have ever received from a company. Continual empty promises and no follow through. If I treated my clients this way, I would not have any business! They keep asking me to take this review down and I keep telling them that I will once they provide me with what they sold me on. I've been with them for 1 year and 0 quality leads. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. Have only had negative experiences with this company. I am a reputable agent in the market I service and the few leads that they have provided have been very poor. The worst part was when I got a call from mega agent pro asking me to join their program since they had openings in my area when I was already a member and not getting many leads. Now I'm fighting to try and get out. I'm all for paying for a service but they haven't provided what they sold me on. Save your money. Look me up and you will see I do a decent amount of business (no thanks to this company). Allison Rank, Realtor out of Kansas City. read more

I feel like they are just taking money from me. I have asked several of their employee to cancel my account and no one ever calls me back. Bad leads, it just don't work in my small market.. Do not work with this group. They sound great and you get all excited for them to grow your business. A lot of money and time wasted. After you waste all your time getting calendar shared and all their training... You get leads that are a joke and you can never get a hold of anyone to get off the program once you figure out its a scam.Dallas is one of the hottest markets and they said our market is different....Its a scam- Buyer beware. if it sounds that good it is not true. Several of my colleagues have also been had:( Too bad I did'nt see these reviews out when I signed up read more

ATTENTION REALTORS AND BROKERS: Mega Agent Pro. IS A FRAUD This company contacted me promissing a great return on the investment. I have been trying to work with them earlier I had very bad service. I was given Tia, and a Manager named Vince, and things seemed better. Once Tia left, it was worse than the original problems. We I had a phone appointment set with one of the managers, on the date and time there was no phone call. When I requested again, they keep saying they never seen any responses. I have all the emails and have reached a point of NO RETURN. In 7 months they have collected THOUSANDS of dollars from me. In all this time I have not received 1 valued lead. In the last 60 days I have not even been contacted with any leads, yet they charge you every month and claim they have a contract. THE service is HORRIBLE. This is a complete WASTE OF MONEY.... DO not sign up for ANY of there programs. I have been contacted by a few other agents throughout the country after posting my review only to verify the same experience. I am looking to take further action against this company. BE VERY AWARE AND STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST SIGNING UP FOR THERE SERVICES...... read more

I am writing this review as I have asked these people to please stop calling me now over the last several months. They consistently keep calling, one guy got ugly with me and left me a rude voicemail. I've been in touch with the Co-owner and was promised not to be called again, and just received 2 calls yesterday and another today. I am on the Do Not Call list. Will filing a lawsuit- I have all voicemails recorded, and texts to cease desist from calling me. read more

Worst investment I've ever made. Poor quality leads. Sometimes weeks would go by with no effort calling for me. Then I'd complain, they'd work, send more poor leads. Then it would stop again. Six months, one seller lead converted. Stay away. read more

Paid alot of money for leads which we did not get company never responded and ignore all calls and emails etc. Rude and no customer service. Totally rip off customers and no return of money. DO not spend any money with this company. They make all kind sof promises and deliver nothing read more

I fired Mega Agent Pro in March of 2018 for non-performance. I stopped paying because they were no longer working on my behalf. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Attorney General of NY and the Better Business Bureau. They are now very loudly threatening to sue me for over $15,000 & more if I give them a negative review. If you are an agent be very careful and have an attorney review their contract before signing anything. In my opinion the appointments were mainly bogus. I called at the appointed times and no one answered. None of the appointments were in person-face to face meetings. The scripts were terrible and despite numerous discussions with their management they never actually sold my credentials( over 19 years & a successful broker) to any of the home owner prospects. If you read reviews carefully you'll see a lot of "stock photos" being used on the positive ones. Be careful. read more

Total Scam!! Took our 1st 3 months with no leads. Horrible communication, nobody picks up the phone. They do not care about anything but taking our money. They will not give money back. Every time I talk live it is an argument that the lead they sent over is a lead when it is not. False grossly exaggerated facts about our real estate statistics which are lies and hurting our reputation . People are literally hanging up the phone on us. Please do not let this happen to you. Shame on me for not looking at the reviews before hand. They really hurt us financially. We filed complaint with Attorney General and contacted a lawyer. Jim Cavanaugh read more

Mega Agent Pro has been huge for my business. As a busy top producer and team leader of a good sized team, I often times don't have the time to fit it steady and consistent lead generation systems. Mega Agent Pro has the proven system, models, and trained associate to keep my pipeline of seller prospects and appointments full, despite often times not having the availability to lead generate. Their associates and friendly and great with communication. Really glad I found this valuable service to team up with to continue our business growth! read more

MAP has tried to bribe me to take down my negative review. I have screen shots of the conversation with the Owner trying to strong arm me and then bribing me to remove my negative review. They do not work ethically and they do not stand behind their guarantee. Don't believe a word they say. read more

Negative stars if that is possible. Do not give these idiots a dime! 1. Not notifying me or my coworkers, before setting set google calendar call appointments, then not calling or notifying, that the client could be contacted. Several wasted afternoons. They are also mislabeled, any often do not represent, what they are actually for. 2. 1 Discovery Meeting in 3 months. Supposed to be 60 in 12 months, per the contract 3. Severe lack of prospective client contacts via phone. Supposed to be 240 in 12 months, 20 in 3 months, per the CRM 4. Putting some random woman's picture on post card mailings. Which went to my neighborhood, there has been no follow up or re-inbursement. 5. Sending us to FISBO open houses, as the first two discovery meetings, (which are technically under contract, as an entry only listing). This could have messed with my broker license, if the people complained to the entry listing brokers. 6. Calling Real Estate agents and brokers in my contact list, despite being clearly listed, as such. I had dozen or so agents calling me out of the blue, asking what was the deal, with the odd calls. 7. Being tardy and evasive, with resolving these issues. The evidence presented is clear and present, and easily produced 8. Misrepresenting the contract, to say is has a non disclosure clause. Mr. XXXX made this claim, in our last discussion, I re-read the contract, it is not in there. 9. Took from August 17th to the evening of Aug, 25th to illicit a response, to my cancellation email. 10. Demanding I pay the remainder of a contract, when none of the targets have been met. read more

Well.. I wish I could say how the leads were. The couple that I received were crap! The sales person really pushed me in a time of despair to sign up, and said that I could cancel within 2 months, even put it in writing. I paid them over $3k, had a balance carryover or almost $1k, and requested a contract termination within days of starting. No one returned my 50 + calls/VM's or dozens of emails. Then my agent portal (access to my leads) was cut off and it has now been over a year since I have been fighting this with zero resolution, very little responses from them, and excuses. They basically stole $3k and sent me a few unqualified leads. OHH and MOST importantly, EVERY one of my handful of leads said that they were basically forced to say "yes" to an appointment with me from this company. I had major problems with every recorded phone call. read more

DO NOT give your account information to this company. They will reply to this review all professionally and don't believe it. When they don't deliver anything for the money they will not let you cancel and they will continue to draft money from your account even if you block them. They will change their ACH ID to continue drafting money. I've done everything I can to have people cancel my account and stop charging me. I was completely ignored. I had wrote a previous review and they talked me into cancelling it because they said they would help me fix the problem. However, it was met with nothing from manager, Mike, that had zero care in the world for my problem. This was about 6 months ago and out of the blue they started emailing me again. Then, today I randomly see a charge on my account that is completely unauthorized. DO NOT, I REPEAT... DO NOT take a chance on this company. read more

This company and its affiliates, Real Agent Pro, Advantage U, and Zoho, represent everything I teach my employees not be. I am embarrassed to have spent a penny on their services. The communication and customer service is incredibly unprofessional. I have had numerous issues with this company beginning in December 2018 that have yet to be resolved. This company was hired to represent me, but instead tarnished my reputation. Potential clients were stood up due to this company's lack of communication which negatively affected my business. On multiple occasions, I expressed my issues to the company with no response. I was told someone would contact me in 3-5 business days each time which did not happen. I spent too much money on this company to be treated with such little respect. This company has made everything more difficult than needed and has still failed to refund me for services not rendered. They made excuses for why I was not being acknowledged rather than assisting a paying customer. No one should waste any time or money on this company. The lack of professionalism and customer service is embarrassing and I am out a lot of money my team and I worked hard for. read more

Flew to Rochester to meet the Mega Agent Pro team in person at their headquarters, i wanted to check them out. Much bigger operation than i thought it was. They're real people, they're passionate about what they do and there is no denying they really care about the clients they support. I met my ISA team, administrative team and the leadership team. We shared our expectations and goals. We shared what things are working well and what we want to improve on. They listened and made sure we understood how their team was aligned to our goals. We still have work to do but we're headed in a good direction. Overall great meeting and I was impressed with their operation. We actually saw our ISA get a great listing appointment for us while we were standing there with her! read more

I signed a contract with them to receive a specific range of seller leads per month and only received 12 leads within 3 months. Some were commercial leads and some sellers already had their property listed! Some numbers were bad leads, not the seller , or had no email address. Their leads were really disorganized and feeding into 3 different CRMs. Their marketing pitch was dishonest and misleading. They didn't live up to their end of the bilateral contract so I canceled my card. Now they are filing a lawsuit against me. Has anyone else had this experience? read more

HUGE waste of money! We were took for over $7,700! Nothing but empty promises! They talk a good talk and sound like they know what they are doing, but the bottom line is 0 viable leads! Worst company ever! They are horrible at communicating and any communication that does happen is only an attempt to sell you additional products. The ONE lead they did send us for our $13,000 membership was an expired listing that clearly stated in the listing the agent was related to the owner. Agents - they will says "leads" over and over to you while trying to sell you their scam but the "leads" are only expired listings. So basically they are taking OUR data from MLS and selling it back to us for a CRAZY price! Do your research before using this company. They called me several times wanting to go over their program and what they had to offer. We scheduled a time for them to give about a 15 minute overview of their system. About 30 minutes after our 1st scheduled appointment, they called to say they needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for the following day. Again, about 30 minutes after our appointment time, they called and stated they needed to reschedule again. After setting aside time for them twice only to have them call a half hour after the appointment time, I informed them I was no longer interested in learning about their program. Then the guy that was supposed to call for the original appointments called back wanting to know why I was just going to ditch a great program and I have no idea the mistake I am making. After explaining to him that we gave them two tries to showcase their product and they failed to do so, so that opportunity has passed. He then made a few more rude comments and hung up the phone. Thus, please beware of this company. If their approach to get business is to stand people up, scold and belittle them over the phone...I truly can't see them being successful and a company anyone should find worthy to work with. read more

It's a SCAM!!!! Don't do it. You will be wasting your MONEY, must less your time and trust. They guaranteed leads and that they would take our Real Estate business to the next level, WRONG after three months we never got the first lead. Our ISA (Lead Generator: Sean) actually told us one day in conversation that he was having trouble getting us leads in our area. Yet when it came time to pay Mega Agent Pros was there with their hand out. Scott from Intellilistpro (One of the Companies they hide behind) that signed us up and guaranteed the service would produce is probably the biggest con-man of all. If you have money you don't want and like to be BS'ed join Mega Agent Pros. I am trying to save your business, your money, and your integrity, DON"T LET "Mega Agent Pros" SCAM you!!!!! read more

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! We paid the sign up fee and then launched as they say. In a three month period of more fees we got nothing. They talk a good plan but they can NOT deliver. We got NO listings during the three months and we continued to pay in good faith hoping they would deliver as they promised. I am embarrassed to think I paid and took money from my families life to only be taken advantage of. We actually went two weeks at a time without hearing from them. We would call and complain about the lack of promise they guaranteed but NEVER received any positive results. I am begging you not to spend your money it is only a waste and you will regret it. read more

I have great respect for Mega Agent Pro- they have been extremely attentive to my requests and my ISA is awesome. I often get positive feedback about the initial call that was made. Stay away from Mega Agent Pro. The promise is they will schedule 60 appointments per year with "pre-qualified" sellers that are coming from FSBOs and expired listings. I was told the sellers were motivated and ready to sell. That wasn't the case at all. Nearly 100% of my appointments were absolute trash with zero intention of listing with me or any other realtor. Some of them were completely underwater with their mortgage it was impossible to sell, some others were unrealistic or unmotivated to sell. Mega Agent Pro will give you anything for an appointment. I lost a lot of money over these leads with zero listing. BEWARE, this service is a SCAM! read more

We had high hopes based on the salesman Scott's promises. We ended up with broken promises, horrible communication ( basically non existent when trying to accomplish tasks and correct their mistakes) misleading information given to people they were trying to set up appointments with, bad attitudes from some of the ISA's and managers. Very poorly organized system. They have refused to give us back any money and over a 6 month period we had a handful of appointments made that either not for us(given to another agent but put on our calendar) or the people were questioning what we were doing there ) . No money made only wasted. Don't waste you time or money. It will hurt your business not help it. Plus they promise exclusivity which is a bunch of malarkey. read more

Started with Meg Agent Pro this past summer and so far so good. They have sent us on a number of quality listing appointments that are providing good, on-going business opportunities. We have listed 1 $1,000,000 listing, with several more in the queue. Keep up the hard work. read more

An absolute scam! Liars! Con artists!!! They promised they would call seller leads from a vetted list in and area we selected and then deliver to us a highly qualified leads. Nope. They just randomly called people, some were expired listings, some were FSBOs, some were just random. When we called the leads they gave us, the leads either had no idea why we were calling or said they were promised that WE would buy their home/land. There excuse was, "well it's YOUR job to get them to list." After they stopped they, we went a long period with nothing. Once we started getting leads again, they were from Iowa. We are in Texas and not licensed to practice in iowa. Their excuse this time was that it was just an email mix up. But it was NEVER corrected. We finally just cancelled the service, and boy did mega agent pitch a fit - and they continued to bill us. we had to cancel the card. These service is the WORST. They are crooks and cons. They STOLE $6k from us. Slam the phone down and run far and fast from this bunch of thieves! read more

Halloween horror come to life! This company is like Freddy Krueger and Texas chain saw massacre combing forces and going for your bank account. When you try to cancel, they make it impossible. If you get no results, they will extend your contract at no initial upfront charge (yippee! I didn't get any good business from the first six months so I get another six months of nothing while they keep telling me I need to pay more to get good opportunities!) but wait, there's more! They will then begin to hit you up for more money so they can give you the "better opportunities." Please don't do what I did and fall for this company's marketing ploys. They are bad news bears all around and will keep coming back for more. Spend money on Zillow leads, Realtor.com, pay referrals out the ying yang, but never do business with this company.
