She threaded my eyebrows in less than 30 seconds per brow--far too quickly for the precision this service requires. When I looked in the mirror, I was shocked. My eyebrows were drastically over-thinned and noticeably uneven, with the right brow much thinner than the left. I was PANICKING! I wish I could give them the benefit of the doubt and say they tried their best, but the rushed job made it clear that they weren't being careful.
