I've worked in billing before, this request should take about 2 minutes, so I don't understand the issue and thus far no one has bothered to explain it to me either. Yesterday the agent told me it was going to be emailed after our almost 2 hour call, but nothing was received so here I am on with them again (just over an hour so far) and no resolution in sight.

I've never had a medical professional ask me why I'm wasting their time. If you can, go elsewhere.

When I arrived in 18-degree weather with my sick child, I was told they couldn't see him until the next day--despite having a confirmed appointment. My 1-year-old had been sick for two days with a 102.4 fever. I explained to the staff that I needed to know if it was serious, but the receptionist was incredibly rude. She claimed she spoke to the manager, who supposedly advised her to just reschedule me. When I asked why no one called to notify me that they wouldn't honor the appointment, she actually had the nerve to say that "notifying patients has to be done in person." Why do appointments even exist if you're going to drag a sick baby out in freezing temperatures just to turn them away? As I got understandably frustrated, I told them they weren't doing their effn job. The staff member then looked at me and said she was "thinking" of seeing him, but because I was upset, she now wouldn't. My son ended up having the flu and two ear infections. They were more worried about being out the door by 8:00 PM than the health of a suffering infant. When I asked for their names, they both acted like mutes and refused to answer. If you have a child, PLEASE do not come here. They are unprofessional, heartless, and clearly hate their jobs. Go to Midwest Express Clinic Urgent Care (5700 W Fullerton) instead. Even though they also close at 8:00 PM, I called them and they told me as long as I walked in by 7:59 PM, they would help. The three ladies there were helpful, treated my son, and even checked me as well. Avoid this place at all costs--they don't care about your family's safety.

You have to scan the code on the door, fill out the info and save the "Thank you" code. Once you are inside you will have to show your "thank you" code or email. I never got a "thank you" so I had to re sign in and I was able to get my client number and show it to the lady. We got the results in under three hours. Very convenient and pretty hassle free.
