Oh my God, do not go to Oak Street health! If you're a senior citizen! I was taken advantage of, on…read moremy first office visit. I was there for three hours where they took my medication for the first hour, then it was pass to a medical assistant for the second hour then, my physician took the medication again for the rest of the time out of my sight. When I got home to put my medicine back in his proper place, I noticed that three of my medication's have been tempered with! My Medications had been removed from three bottles. The medicine is very strong and I haven't taken only 1 or 2 pills from these bottles, they were filled to the top, One of my medications half the bottle was gone a second one 20 pills were missing, not sure the third medication but at least 5 to 10 pills is missing. Someone is taking advantage of the elderly and hoping that they are not accountable or have knowledge of their medicines that they are taking. This is elderly abuse and theft. If it was done to me, I'm sure it was done to many more people. Please be aware. And keep your medicine with you at all time or don't take them to the doctor office. Just write them down but stay away from Oak Street health at least this one.

they do not listen to you and they do not care. i came in for a culture and they told me they were…read moregoing to give me a pregnancy test. i said no, it's impossible that i am pregnant and i do not want a pregnancy test. they said they'd give me one. i said i did not consent and i cannot be pregnant and i don't want a pregnancy test. they gave me a pregnancy test with the sample i provided for my culture. already an egregious violation of my autonomy if you ask me, but what is even worse, is that i owed $25 of the $40 from that pregnancy test and they wasted no time sending my $25 bill to collections. i honestly can't understand what they were thinking. what a strange, petty clinic. i don't know why anyone would come here.

You have to scan the code on the door, fill out the info and save the "Thank you" code. Once you are inside you will have to show your "thank you" code or email. I never got a "thank you" so I had to re sign in and I was able to get my client number and show it to the lady. We got the results in under three hours. Very convenient and pretty hassle free.
