I've already received my refund, but it's 6.5 hours later, they don't answer the phone and they can't be bothered to call someone back. They sure can text when I'm relaxing at home though. *original* I should've read the reviews. I pre bought a package, there is no way to schedule an appointment "with an account", nobody answers the phone or the "text". Additionally, I called a lot but there isn't a prompt or professional acknowledgment that the number you've called is even associated with this clinic. I eventually just drove to their location, but couldn't even find them at first because there isn't a sign anywhere near their actual location. Normally when there's this many obstacles it's a sign this is not the place for me to be so I'm just going to get my money back and call it even. I can't recommend them in their customer service because they don't actually offer service, and it's not even like this is the type of establishment where I can give grace for low staffing or burn out.
