Spoke to my insurance via the emergency number and they asked to talk to staff and within 1 minute the phone was given back to me wheee my insurance agent repeatedly apologized saying it's customary to bill out of state insurances... just very disappointed. Either they were clueless or just plain lazy! Funny thing is that I have no problem paying the bill and requesting reimbursement from my insurance but it was the way the three present just didn't want to help. This is not how our health care system should work. So now the good news! Doctor was awesome and explained what the issue may be and was very patient with my daughter who was dealing with a medical issue. Suggestion to owners, provide additional customer service to your office staff including how to deal with out of state insurance companies. Each firm has 24 hours emergency service to discuss how to Bill other insurances.

This was my first visit to Trustcare and I must say it was an overall excellent experience. I also do not go to the doctor often and my last visit to one, I went to an unnamed clinic in Flowood. That visit took over 2 hours and I was less then impressed with the staff. My wife visited Trustcare a few months ago and seemed very impressed so when got sick Monday I decided to give them a try. When I walked in I was greeted by staff and filled out paperwork as expected. However I was thoroughly impressed of how little paperwork there was. (Typically I'm filling out 5 pages of medical history and the like). I basically only had to fill out pertinent information. Even though there were 4 people in front of me, I only waited approximately 15 minutes. Once in the room I was greeted by the nurse who took vitals and conducted a swap for possible flu symptoms. I knew this test takes time, but still after only about 20 min, FNP Steve walked in This was the best experience I've had at any clinic. He was very personable and great manners and I actually felt listened to. He also gave me options as to what I felt was the best course of action for me. To sum things up, best medical experience I've ever had. Will definitely be back (if I need it- hopefully I don't) but highly recommend especially FNP Steve. In and out as new patient and getting swabbed and shots in less than 1.5 hours. Cant complain.

The only thing I didn't like is the nurse who did my IV, I have great veins where previous places have put the IV. I asked her to put it in there, and not my hand because it hurts so bad. She said hand is better, and poked it in. That's not true! Next time she will put it in my arm, between my elbow and wrist. No sense in just hurting someone!

He asks me in a very rude and COCKY tone " Well what do you want me to do about it" and I said " I'm from florida and only here briefly and was wondering if you guys can maybe pack it with gauze cause I'm tired of using a box of bandaids a day" and he said " Well it looks like you need to go back to Florida".i am a recovering addict and i came up here to get clean off of fentinal and i was 100% honest about my past and respectful. So the discrimination and the COCKYNESS because of what he read about my past history was extremely offensive, unnecessary, and rude. I have never ever been treated or spoken to so rudely by a doctor ever in my life and i left there in tears. I left AMA because of how i was treated only by the doctor. The nurses were wonderful and so polite and professional Susan, Brianna, and one other tall woman with blonde hair and all 3 nurses were very apologetic for how nasty and rudely i was spoken to because they all were in the room when he came in.
