Instead of receiving an answer, I was transferred between departments multiple times, eventually required to create a patient chart, and then told to wait several days for a response. When I called back, I discovered that my question had not even been communicated correctly. The staff insisted that I schedule an appointment so their providers could recommend a course of treatment. However, I already knew the treatment I wanted to pursue and was simply trying to determine whether the clinic offered it before spending time and money on an appointment. After multiple calls, someone finally sent my question to the providers, and I was informed that the treatment I was seeking was not available. However, without being able to speak directly with a provider, I had no way of knowing whether they lacked the specific brand of laser I had asked about or whether they did not offer that type of laser treatment at all. When I then asked what laser treatments they do offer, I was met with a rude and dismissive response that this was not the question I had originally asked, and no effort was made to help further. Patients should not have to jump through hoops simply to find out whether a clinic offers a specific treatment. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and unwillingness to provide basic information convinced me to cancel my appointment and seek care elsewhere.

I brought my daughter in for multiple issues that were occurring suddenly and at the same time, she was incredibly kind and sensitive to my 5 year old, and really paid attention to everything I was saying and my daughter's symptoms. NP Simpson said my daughter needed to hydrate and I told her she was really nauseous and had a hard time keeping anything down. Instead of just saying "try harder and take the antibiotic, etc." she gave her an antinausea pill that dissolved under her tongue and it made a world of difference once we could get some food and drink in her!! We had a massive turnaround Saturday night, and had we had a different doctor I don't think we would've had that experience. If I'm being honest, we almost did not go to this location because we've had NP Brandon a few times, and our experience has not been good. He doesn't listen, and we talk for a couple minutes, then he prescribes an antibiotic. It seems like his default/go-to is just to give an antibiotic and send you out the door. Once, I left and realized I didn't even know what the problem with my child was, but he just said the antibiotic would take care of it.

The ER staff is dressed in winter garb but if you are in comfortable Summer attire, I guarantee you'll leave there with a low grade fever or at least an infection of some type. I see this as an unnecessary and risky policy--no system is 100% secure and insurance companies to not require a doctor's office to provide a copy of the patient's license with a claim--only the insurance card. I've had other places, even LARGE medical organizations allow me to keep my i.d. secure in my wallet and show it each time I come in. This place was frustratingly rigid and the 'office manager' apparently does not have a phone number that a patient can call to discuss--only an email. Ridiculous. With all the other crazy reviews here on Yelp, I figured I was dodging a bullet. But, so frustrating to waste the time to go to this office as a call-ahead, walk-in, urgent care patient and have to walk out again without getting the help I needed.
