The customer service reps who answered the phone would literally transfer me to any and every department just to get rid of me. Each time I would go to a different department, I had to recite my mother's name, address, date of birth, only to be transferred to another department that was unhelpful. South Bend clinic... Your system is literally broken. I feel like I'm in Canada trying to get an MRI.

I brought my daughter in for multiple issues that were occurring suddenly and at the same time, she was incredibly kind and sensitive to my 5 year old, and really paid attention to everything I was saying and my daughter's symptoms. NP Simpson said my daughter needed to hydrate and I told her she was really nauseous and had a hard time keeping anything down. Instead of just saying "try harder and take the antibiotic, etc." she gave her an antinausea pill that dissolved under her tongue and it made a world of difference once we could get some food and drink in her!! We had a massive turnaround Saturday night, and had we had a different doctor I don't think we would've had that experience. If I'm being honest, we almost did not go to this location because we've had NP Brandon a few times, and our experience has not been good. He doesn't listen, and we talk for a couple minutes, then he prescribes an antibiotic. It seems like his default/go-to is just to give an antibiotic and send you out the door. Once, I left and realized I didn't even know what the problem with my child was, but he just said the antibiotic would take care of it.

I see this as an unnecessary and risky policy--no system is 100% secure and insurance companies to not require a doctor's office to provide a copy of the patient's license with a claim--only the insurance card. I've had other places, even LARGE medical organizations allow me to keep my i.d. secure in my wallet and show it each time I come in. This place was frustratingly rigid and the 'office manager' apparently does not have a phone number that a patient can call to discuss--only an email. Ridiculous. With all the other crazy reviews here on Yelp, I figured I was dodging a bullet. But, so frustrating to waste the time to go to this office as a call-ahead, walk-in, urgent care patient and have to walk out again without getting the help I needed. Oh, and just FYI, the front desk ladies shared that an urgent care office visit starts at $350.

Did an okay to pretty good job. $165 for first visit and had to come back a few days later and it was $40 follow up. Tri care is a real piece of work, they did some shady stuff to cancel insurance in first place. So here we are and the wait was long. And it helps to register online and pre register. I'm trying to have a small procedure done that requires surgical prowess but not the overhead of a full hospital. They can handle that here (I hope). This is my second go through with this, so I'm not as happy as I would be if it was settled the first time, but whatever. When is anything ever cured after just one time?? Lol, a joke, obviously.... Anyway, Kelly was my physician, and she was kind and patient. I'm just hoping not to see her again, though, even though she was nice.... It's expensive, but not bad if you are really in a bind.
