Negative attitude and just a complete lack of wanting to do whatever needs to be done to make things right! What started out as a good relationship has been soured by their lack of customer service and delivery of paid product. I paid for a bottle of 1,000 mg CBD oil and never received the merchandise. Admittedly, I inadvertently entered 8309 instead of 8300 as my address, which is quite easy to do as those two keys are next to each other. I owned that and they told me they would send another one; never received it. When I reached out to them repeatedly, I received no further response so I took it to the CC company and now Leaf Relief is disputing this and all they can produce is the fact that I was billed and paid for merchandise. That does not prove that I ever received said merchandise which I did not! Yes! I was billed and I did pay for merchandise I never received!
