The owner happened to be standing there while I was explaining to the receptionist what I needed to keep me on the field for 5 to 6 games in the Florida heat. The owner tailored my IV and was more than accommodating as was the entire staff!! I will be headed back over there in a couple of weeks to play another military tourney and will be scheduling an appt. for another IV. Thanks for keeping me on the field. I'm looking forward to seeing you again!!

I have only had one other experience with accupuncture at another local practice, but I felt compelled to try another practice for a variety of reasons. Today, I knew FIM was exactly what I was looking for. Rey Anne immediately greeted me exuding friendliness and warmth. Megan at the front desk at check out was also exceptionally helpful and informative about the services offered making sure I get the most out of my visits. The facilities themself felt very clean, bright, and welcoming. I found Dr. Cesar Armoza extremely helpful. He immediately identified my posture as the source for my pain and challenges. He took the time to offer tips, suggestions and helped me understand various aspects of my treatment plan. I received a regiment of acupuncture, electrical pulses, and homeopathic injections to address my top three concerns. Immediately, I was able to find some relief and have a direction to correct the source of my pains. My masseuse, Diane, was also informative discussing areas of my inflammation and sampled a variety of techniques (cupping, hot stone, and vibration) to address my problem areas. I felt as though everyone was working as a team and everything very timely. I was never waiting and felt that they valued my time as well. I am so happy that I found FIM and I look forward to ongoing treatment sessions!

I did not ask many questions( like will this definitely get me improvement). So I decided to do it, but it seemed like they were using me as a test subject, because they kept calling the manufacturer and changing what they called the protocol (they gave me ten free sessions , and I think that is why) Each time when I left the office. I felt a little better. It lasted a few hours then the pain came totally back. Then on my 9th free session i told Dr.James , that I really felt it did nothing for me and he said , well , it's hard with all that hardware , but I still pay them the three thousand dollars. I wish they had told me that before I decided to do this, but I don't think they were sure. Because this seemed to be something new to them, but I still paid the $3000.

I gave him almost $3000.00 in January because he was a friend of my son and was having financial difficulty making ends meet at the Center. It was supposed to be for a treatment package, even though I could not start until March. Interest free loan though. When I started, it was not at all as advertised. I was not even getting half of what the brochure said I paid for. It was very disappointing and very inconvenient. Besides my serious health issues, my sister was in the hospital in Melbourne, and I was driving back and forth. Stephan told me several untruths to cover his mistakes and made excuses for why I drove all the way there for nothing. I knew this was not going to work for me and certainly not my health. I subtracted what I had received (based on his cost schedule) and asked for the return of the remainder of my money in April. He made one partial payment in May. I have sent him about 19 emails and just as many phone calls, if not more. Half the time he ignored me. The other half he made promises to repay me and never did. He had almost every excuse you could think of. I feel like I have given him every chance. I even told him he could make payments to me monthly. He still owes me more than $1500.00. I am so sorry to all of you, but you need to know this before you buy any type of package there.

When I checked in, I mentioned that I had a free birthday pass (I even had the email to show it), but Joe Elliot at the front insisted they didn't offer that. He also claimed it had expired, even though I still had two days left. It was honestly frustrating and made me feel uncomfortable, especially since it was my first time there. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and confirmed that I was right, otherwise I probably would have just left. Ironically, Joe Elliot ended up being the instructor. The class itself was amazing, but because of the awkward start, I didn't fully enjoy the experience as much as I hoped. That said, I do think the studio has potential and I'm willing to give it another shot. I'll likely be back to take more classes, just probably not with him again.
