You will not get the results that they show you in the picture after one session. There are so many scammers out there that I was not ready to drop $1200 on multiple sessions of something. I'm not even sure it's gonna work. I guess if I trusted it was going to do what they say I would've bought the package for sure. They should test it on a real person like me and follow it along for each of the procedures and show true and real results. Again, everybody's throwing all these facials and fix your neck stuff and honestly a lot of it does not work. Olivia was so knowledgeable about all the different analysis levels and what I can do about it. Then I had a customized facial to address my personal concerns. The facial itself was very relaxing and detailed. Olivia was able to answer every question I had and came up with several different plans going forward based on my timeline, concern and budget! This manner is uncalled for, and I shouldn't have to tolerate being treated unfairly due to staff shortages or disagreements. Compression you can do your legs or arms for 30 minutes-1 hour. I chose my legs for 30-minutes. You will use two sleeves for your legs. This felt like controlled pressure on/off of my legs. The listed benefits are Improved lymphatic function and circulation, reduced muscle aches and pain. Improved flexibility and mobility, Increased athletic performance and reduced recovery time. Red light therapy is for 20-minutes and you have the option to wear the complimentary eye covers but it's recommending to just soak in the red light during the treatment. After both sessions I felt relaxed and my muscles felt good. I've been working out every day and I've been feeling sore and a bit fatigued. Hoping I can sleep better after the treatments. The facility itself is spacious and clean. There's light music and tv's displaying scenic views throughout the building. There's complimentary water + blankets if needed. I did the cryotherapy and just in case you're tired of cold plunges or just can't bare them (like me sometimes) this is a great alternative to get even more benefits since you breath in the air and it gets all over your body. Very powerful. The last thing I tried was the leg compressions. We hold so much pain from emotions in our hips and legs. This felt very therapeutic. I told them what I was told last time AND just told, and a man walked out and said "prices just changed but I'll honor the previous at $125." I reminded him that wasn't the price before either. It finally went down to $100. They lack consistency and transparency. Now I'm questioning if they're intentionally making my appointments stretch out longer for the money I do not recommend. **Update: I didn't get the frosting look on the tattoo like I did last time, and searches online said it's probably because the laser wasn't high enough.
