In addition, the quality of their real gems are abhorrent. I saw a grape agate that looked more like mold than crystal. It had almost NO color. The same goes for an amethyst cluster I saw. I also saw heat-treated amethyst being mislabeled as citrine. I think this shop needs to make a major turnaround soon or else everyone else will eventually get tired of the low quality crystals and go somewhere else.
