Continuing to charge hundreds of dollars on a card I cancelled. One of the male personal trainers had a piece of a condom wrapper fall out of his pocket mid training session as well. I could go on about the lack of professionalism. On their website it states " Our corporate team will respond to your questions and feedback within 24 hours" and that couldn't be further from the truth. It's sad I have to take these measures and leave a review when all it would take would be for them to cancel my membership. I will continue to let everyone know how much of a shi!!y place this really is and all their terms of agreement are a scam.
