I have come to the conclusion that most waiters and waitresses are not people who particularly enjoy food. The two most common replies to "What do you serve that's really good?" are "It's all good!" (Don't want to make a commitment) or "Most people like..." (I'm not most people). Sorry for the rant... but the waiters were the same here.
The food at Medina was good. Although for a restaurant billed as "Ottolenghi inspired" , none of their specials were particularly Middle Eastern.
I had a vegetarian gnocchi which was very good. One of the ladies had the potted cauliflower and the other a kebab which they both enjoyed. The meal was finished with a hot cross bun bread pudding which was also good.
Only one beer on tap... Victoria Malaga but they do have a selection of canned/bottles beers.
