I highly recommend Cory Arnold as he is personable and understanding of my pain and explains everything as I do the motions. He is currently training a younger student (I can't remember her name) and she is doing great too. I have had two other ladies Clara and I think Mary was her name. They were fantastic with helping to stretch and massage the muscles for me. I needed that badly. I highly recommend them all.

This one in 30 Mile Rd., in Washington is the closest to my house. The day prior, I called to confirm that my information was in the system and that they had all the information about what I was having done. Needless to say, what I was having done had never been done at this location before. Wow. I was going to be a "first" for them. After the employee checked with her supervisor, it was confirmed that my blood draws could in-fact be done at this location. I was informed to come in when they opened at 8am, as my samples needed to be send out immediately after at the 12pm pick up. I arrived and this is when confusion began. The ladies were very unknowing about what I was having done. Again, my procedures have never been done at this location before and they weren't even sure that could do my draws here. After 30 minutes and many phone calls on their behalf to the Henry Ford in Detroit, all was sorted out. I wasn't upset, by any means or frustrated. I knew this was a big deal and was certain my advocate would sort it out, which she and the Dr. at the Detroit location did. I had a LOT of blood drawn. Jenn, was amazing. She was careful and kind and repeatedly asked if I was ok and/or feeling ill or uncomfortable. I took it like a champ. Everything got taken care of, even if there was a few hiccups I still rate this location very high and would recommend.

Wellbridge of Romeo has a lot to recommend but there are some serious negatives. The facility is…read morelocated in a quiet tranquil wooded area and the building itself is very nice. Staff is quite good especially nurses Emily, Stephanie, Erika and Jordin. Also aides Lisa and Kathy. Physical therapists Nancy and Martha were very encouraging when I was often weak and negative about going to PT. Alex was the best dietician and counseled me on nutrition to get stronger and healthier. Speaking of nutrition, the food was not good. Coffee was always cold. Eggs were cold and rubbery. The food was pre-made and not very nutritious or appetizing. I finally settled on oatmeal for breakfast. The only decent coffee was in the Bistro, but it was often closed due to staffing shortages. But the WORST was the blood draw system. They almost always drew my blood at 3am! And the phlebotomists poked me way too often until they could find a good vein. Being awakened at 3 am and then poked repeatedly doesn't help in recovery or health improvement. On at least 2 occasions they lost my blood samples and had to redo them!

I'd be very weary of using Luna. The PT I was unfortunately assigned showed up and did NOT want to…read morebe here. First his pulse-oximeter did not work, he used mine. Blood pressure machine didn't work, yet somehow recorded a BP that showed up in his report a month after my initial visit. In his report I was recorded as retired, nope I'm full time employed, he recorded I was on Medicare, nope BCBS, he reported I lived in a multilevel house nope wrong again, I live in a ranch. The worst of all he recorded I had my right knee replaced, NOPE IT WAS MY LEFT KNEE. I have been fighting back and forth between BCBS and Luna if I'm covered. I get yes, no, yes, no depends on the day I call. After first visit I was basically blown off for second visit and delayed for 3rd. I contacted my surgeon and dumped Luna, went to Team Rehab. Team Rehab is FANTASTIC, no question I'd go there and have recommended to many people. I'd never recommend Luna.

She is gentle yet strong enough to get the results needed. I had a R Total Knee which had a lot of arthritic damage. My therapist is a great educator, she explains why the exercises are necessary as well as assisting gently when needed. I could not have gotten a better therepist. The office persons we spoke with to make the appointment was very pleasant and helpful.
