The PA was very polite, professional with a nice friendly disposition that took the time to explain the medical care she was going to give me where she proceeded to give my finger a 10 Iodine soak to ensure all germs and bacteria were cleaned out of my deep cut before proceeding with suturing my injury. Following the procedure, she gave me clear concise instructions for me to follow that would ensure a proper healing of the cut. From time I arrived to leaving the facility was on the order of an hour which for medical care is quite good by any standard these days. Overall I was very pleased by the service I was provided and will definately return to this facility in the future if the need should ever arise.

Not wanting to wait that long, I was told they had openings at the Henry Ford Medical Center in West Bloomfield for the following Monday so I decided to take it. This Medical Center is located at the southwest corner of Farmington Road and Maple Road, just after a traffic circle. Assess is easy and parking is adequate. There are other specialties resident at this location as well. As you enter from outside there are kiosks for you to do express check in if you like. I bypassed because I saw the entrance to dermatology immediately past the lobby entrance. I was quickly checked in, given a form to fill out, and sat waiting to be called. Everything went rather smoothly.

Called the office again and Christina was again amazing and helped me again by giving me Information on another facility and thankfully I was able to schedule my daughter to be sooner than Huron Valley! Also all the ladies who check you in and out are always amazing. All the doctors are amazing. We usually see Dr. Deb, Melissa and or Dr. Gendelman who are all amazing and so helpful. I wasn't happy with our original pediatrician so we made the switch and up until today, I was very satisfied. Despite some insurance issues, I was met with scoffs and treated like dirt after I told them I didn't have the cash to pay for my son to be seen. The in-house doctor mentioned ASTHMA, about a child who was born with fluid in his lungs, and THEY STILL TURNED HIM AWAY. I am floored and utterly disappointed and sickened. After discovering new ownership has taken over in recent months, this all makes sense. Welcome to the new America, where citizens are put through hell and high water to get their family the healthcare they need. They have lost a loyal patient and I will not be coming back here.

I sent it to my daughter who is a PA student and she found the break instantly. Meanwhile they told me a radiologist would read the xray 1-2 days later. Didn't heard back from them and so I called them and they told me they couldn't send out the xray to the radiologist because they were having software issues and it would be fixed in 2 days. I called back 2 days later and still not fixed or read . At this point it was over a week that I originally went there and my hand was broken ! I complained at this point and talked to the Dr. over the phone. He had me come back to take new X-rays free of charge. So I go back and the front desk girl is trying to charge me again!! Now this time I'm seeing a different Dr and he also doesn't see the break !! OMG!! I had to show HIM where it was on the new X-ray and then he said " yeah that look suspicious.. yep that's a break" Then it took another week to for them to fix the software and send it to the radiologist . So now it's been 2 weeks since the break and yep... broken 5th metacarpal and a broken wrist bone!!!! I would NEVER use this place!!! Like I said my daughter whom is a PA student found the break instantly!!! Also they did not send X-rays to my primary Dr. There was no way I could get them or have them forward them to my dr . I was his patient for…read moreabout 6 years until I moved to the east side and his office became too far of a drive with my work schedule. Dr. Feldman is a very direct, no BS, honest Doc. He does not sugar coat things and I'm all about that. This DOES NOT mean he dissent care for his patients compassionately, because he very much does. When he takes you on as a patient, he's dedicated to you and your healthcare. My girlfriends father at the time went into the hospital for chest pain and he drive to the hospital on a Saturday night to make sure things were being done the right way. A HUGE plus is that he does not refer small procedures out to specialists. He can take care of so much in his office right away. Need an x-Ray? A wart zapped off? A mole removed? A skin tag snipped? He does it. Same day, same building. You'll save money this way. Go see this Doctor, understand his direct and blunt attitude isn't a rude or uncaring way, it's the best way to let you know what you must do to have the longest and healthiest life possible. If you're overweight, he's not afraid to tell you. Don't be offended by direct and accurate information. Just as an example. I hope to move back to that area and be his patient again in the near future.
