Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest business practices…read more I have been a customer of this spa for years. Ever since they changed management, it has been an absolute disaster! I've been a couple of times since for foot massages with my wife and the ladies working on us were talking with each other and giggling like 12 year old girls. Anything but relaxing! To top it off, I was given a $48 gift card for a one-hour massage that was purchased on February 13, 2026. The gift card clearly states it is valid for 180 days and does not expire until August 12, 2026. On August 5, I called to schedule an appointment for August 6--a full week before the gift card expired. The employee asked when the gift card had been purchased. The moment I told her the purchase date, she flatly said "No" and refused to schedule my appointment or honor the gift card. There was no explanation, no attempt to help, and no offer of another appointment. Instead, I was treated with rudeness and hostility. Selling gift cards and then refusing to honor them while they are still valid is unacceptable. It feels like they are happy to take your money but have no intention of providing the service they promised. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and the BBB because consumers deserve better than deceptive business practices. If you're thinking about buying a gift card here, don't. You may end up paying for a service you never receive.

I need a high pressure massage and this is simply the only place that can meet my expectations and needs, and the high quality that I demand. If you find yourself on his massage table, consider yourself blessed as you are in the hands of somebody who can feel the body intuitively, identify and target the muscles and areas in need, and get you to perform and feel your best. I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Marquise, and the effect was astonishing. It feels as though my entire body--down to the cellular level--has opened up and expanded. I've had lymphatic massages all over the world--Argentina, Russia, Turkey, Israel, China, Japan, New York, Key West, Jamaica, Barbados, Morocco--and yet nothing has ever compared to this experience. I say this to illustrate how much of a subject matter expert I am on indulging in massages. If all the therapists here bring the same care, skill, and intuitive touch that Marquise does, then this place isn't just a spa--it's heaven on earth.... In my own hometown indeed

Parking was inconvenient, and I waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes before anyone came to get me, which ultimately cut into my massage time. Once the service began, there was nothing wrong with the massage itself, but it did not meet my expectations based on prior lymphatic drainage massages I've received elsewhere, which were far more strategic and intentional. The practitioner seemed pleasant, but the experience felt more transactional than therapeutic. The technique did not feel particularly refined or well-trained, and it lacked the precision and purpose I associate with quality lymphatic work. I was hoping to ask questions during the session, but due to a language barrier, communication was limited, and I wasn't able to fully understand what was being done or why. I genuinely wanted to love this place, especially since it's close to home and the pricing is very fair. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me feeling like my time and money could have been better spent elsewhere. With improvements in training, communication, and overall client experience, this could be a much stronger offering.

Great place for great facial!…read more Purchased microdermabrasion facial through Groupon and heard many great things about this place through their reviews online so I thought I would check it out and was very impressed with the facial and hospitality received. Sylvia was very nice and welcoming, happy to give tips on skincare without pushing any products or additional services which was nice. I love the mini shoulder massage that she gave, it was very good, and I loved the hot towel wrap on my face it felt amazing after the microdermabrasion. She did a great job with the facial, not at all painful or discomforting like some places I've been to, it was actually very nice and relaxing. Their prices are pretty affordable as well. I purchased the facial through Groupon originally but I noticed while I was there that they had a special for 3 microdermabrasion facials for $120 which I decided to purchase since they did such a good job and was a pretty good deal. Definitely recommend asking for Sylvia if you've never been, she was fantastic!

This pass Saturday it happened and I knew I had to find someone that could really help me with this issue. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Phil, he took his time to help me get on the table, listen to my all of my concerns and addressed all the issues with my back along with other areas. I have never been worked on like that before when I had one of these back episodes in the past. He knew exactly when to apply pressure and when to lighten up. Throughout the whole process he would check in with me to make sure I was getting relief. When I tell you I was in complete shock at how much he minimized my pain afterwards I wanted to cry! This man knows what he is doing and really listens to his clients. I've only had 2 sessions with him so far and my back is a million times better just after that first session. I have tried physical therapy and other places to help keep this at bay and nothing has worked this quick and provided so much relief. He is now going to be apart of my monthly routine to ensure this never comes back..Thank you Phil for all your help!
