Only problem was the server didn't document what was served on the form! So, while in court the judge reviewed the form and noted the discrepancy and made me do the service all over again. I believe in 2nd chances and hoped they could make amends. But, nope. After my initial contact in early May, they have totally ghosted me despite multiple emails and voicemails. They are not responsive nor are they accountable.

I'm able to change entries I've made mistakes on during the current pay weeks without having to wait for approval, I can log my hours ahead of time as well. Only to be treated like I was a suspicious person once I called in !! Phone rep talked over me and told me I wasn't authorized before even asking who I was! Frustrated, I hung up and called back to ask for management and the same guy picks up , and tells me there is no management because I've called the "answering service" and not the payroll company. Then he proceeds to ask for my last name and phone number and say's they would reach me in the morning. What?? Completely unprofessional. This is actually a very cool idea of a company and I dont want to bash them like their bad guys, Im just really disappointed in how I was made to feel as if I was snooping in business that had nothing to do with me, when providing and verifying that information on the behalf of your clientele is the very purpose of your company.
