I had an established medical business that underwent an ownership and corporate change. I no longer had payroll or bookkeeping covered and PL has done an excellent job. I am most happy with how any questions I have are answered by an email in very little time. Batsheva does a great job with my account and is very easy to reach with any questions as well. Just being able to talk to someone quickly and/or get a quick response to questions when they involve a business's finances is really the most important thing for me personally, because it relaxes that gross feeling of anxiety when a concern arises. We are still finding mistakes from when we used PL Consulting. From categorizing expenses incorrectly, not reconciling accounts on a monthly basis, this company is not worth the time or money. Speaking of money, they make sure they get their payment each month. They increased our rate by $1000 even though they failed to provide the contracted hours per week for bookkeeping, did not reconcile all of our accounts for months, and like I already wrote, we are still finding mistakes. read more
