Also, we found out this year from our state that they never filed my husband's state taxes for 2020 and our state almost put a lien on our house because of it. So at this point, I'd avoid them and go somewhere else because he paid $400 for both federal and state taxes just for them to not. He's also reached out to them and hasn't heard back. This is not a business I trust any longer.

So I call Jason to see what happened and he says "I might have forgot to hit the submit button." I asked for a refund of $250 which was his filing fee. He declined to give me a refund stating "It was never a guarantee that I would submit your refund on the date you came in" DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I HAVE PHOTOS TO PROVE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.

However if you had a foreclosure, owe taxes, or anything of the many things that can go wrong, I promise this man will take care of the issue in a legit manner.
