I informed management of things an immediately saw upon completion and sent her team back out to remedy however they return with attitudes and quickly and sloppily fixed the items pointed out. Through their portal we uploaded the documents necessary for correction and filing. This portal accepted photographs and files making it easy to upload documents whether in paper or digital form. Since they needed our previous year's documents to correct our withholdings, there were places that we could simply click "same as previous year" or "already on file" when submitting our current year taxes. Have I mentioned how easy this was? It took roughly around 24 hours after submitting on the portal to get our taxes filed. Shortly after we had our state refund. The cost for filing our taxes is definitely not cheap. It is the most we have ever paid (we've always done those free tax services). But the ease, efficiency and speed of doing it with Taylor and Company definitely felt worth it to us.
