Dr. Youkeles work on me and between Dr. Youkeles knowledge and meditations, breathing devices I have received a clean bill of health. My ct scans have shown my lungs are clear and infection is gone! Always able to reach the doctors when I have needed an appointment. Though the journey I have not been in the hospital or urgent care. I have received top notch health care. That appointment takes about 1 hour and reviews your issues at great detail. We also started the treatment right away and I received a customized exercise plan for home too. Scheduling an appointment is a bit tough as they are in high demand but they call you if a last minute cancellation occurs. I was fortunate and only had to wait 2 days. One "gripe" is the somewhat redundant paperwork but it was worth it in the end. I also recommend to book follow-up appointments right away for at least three weeks out. Didn't I say they are in demand because they are just awesome.

I inquired why I was not informed about it when I first made the appointment and Briana stated that it was because I was misinformed. I made this appointment due to a serious health condition and I waited three weeks for it. I asked Briana if there was any way the doctor would see me and Briana stated that I would have to speak with the office manager. I asked her when I would be able to speak with the office manager and she replied that "she did not know" and hung up on me. Briana's behavior poorly reflects on this medical practice. We seek doctors because we need them and it is critical that patient care begins with the staff working at the office. This is not an appropriate way to treat a patient.

She did a thorough exam, reviewed all records and previous ultrasounds, and gave a detailed description of the diagnosis, therapy and outcome and spoke on a level that my son could understand. She also spoke to him privately (he's 16 years old) to see if he had any concerns or questions that he wasn't comfortable discussing in front of mom. What a warm all-star team, from our midwife Linda to Katelyn our nurse and our OB Dr. Shaw, who made giving birth one of the biggest, coolest, bravest things I could do. I'd always heard that Northern Westchester has got a great labor and delivery dept but this went beyond anything I dreamed. Plus, the food is unreal.
