I have to say these handsome dudes that work here are way prettier than any other telecommunication team in town and for what they offer in eye candy they lack in customer service ... don't come here unless you have at least 30 minutes to throw away while you wait and wait. I way deep in the TIM web, but if I were to start over I wouldn't go with TIM b/c their customer service in almost all the stores leaves a lot to be desired. Only real good thing I can say is I do get pretty good reception using TIM chiavetta Internet, almost never a problem connecting. This store is also open throughout the day unlike most other TIM stores that close at 1pm. That is nice, but be prepared to wait in line or deal with super slow staff members ... if possible I'd just avoid coming here.
