By March, I developed severe hip pain that eventually made walking incredibly painful. I waited far too long before seeking help--and by the time I did in June, I was in rough shape. From the very first interaction, I was blown away. Olivia went above and beyond to help me quickly as a new patient. Given how severe my pain was, Dr. Quan even came in earlier than scheduled the very next day to see me--something I was truly shocked and grateful for. Dr. Quan immediately took X-rays, identified the root cause of my pain, and explained everything so clearly. Patient education is truly her passion. After my first adjustment, I felt relief right away. After 3-4 visits, my pain was completely gone--after months of suffering. She also introduced me to Tuina massage, which made a huge difference in mobility and healing. I've now been a patient for six months and my pain has been nonexistent. I deeply trust Dr. Quan's holistic approach--whether it's movement, diet, supplements, or overall wellness. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and the supplements she's recommended have helped keep my energy up and my body healthy. I've seen many chiropractors over the years, and Dr. Quan is truly exceptional--the best in Las Vegas. The entire team is professional, kind, and genuinely caring -- the vibe is healing and uplifting every time I walk in. I'm so grateful for Dr. Quan, Olivia, and the entire Q Wellness team. I plan to bring my husband and children here as well. If you're looking for real results, compassionate care, and a doctor who truly wants you pain-free as quickly as possible -- Dr. Quan is the one.

However, being able to sweat out really does feel great afterwards. I also really enjoyed being able to watch Netflix during those 50 minutes, and sometimes I was able to fall asleep during the session as well. You are also given 10 minutes on the Vibration Machine.

If I could give this office 0 stars, I would…read more I first visited Queensridge for a consultation last August and paid my $75 copay at the time of my appointment. The entire visit with the doctor lasted less than five minutes. I was then sent for blood work. Even though I had fasted beforehand just in case, I was told the specific test had to be completed before a certain time, so I had to schedule another appointment. When I returned for my second appointment after making another 30-minute drive, I was informed that the phlebotomist wasn't there, so I couldn't even have my blood drawn. After two disappointing visits, I decided not to return to this office. To make matters worse, I later received a bill for an additional $73. I spent over six months trying to get someone to explain why I owed more money after already paying my copay. I called weekly, left countless messages, and never received a return call. Because no one would respond, the balance was eventually sent to collections. I paid the balance just to deal with the collections issue, then disputed the charge with my bank because even they agreed the situation seemed unusual. Despite that, I am still being billed for the same charge. Once again, I spent months trying to get answers with no response. When I finally reached someone, I was essentially told that if I didn't pay, it would simply be sent to collections again. No one could actually explain why I owed the money. I no longer have the insurance I had at the time of my visit, and I was also told the doctor I originally saw doesn't even work there anymore. The lack of communication and patient care at this office is unacceptable. Ignoring patients for months while continuing to bill them and threaten collections is not how a medical practice should operate. If they put even half as much effort into helping their patients as they do collecting money, this situation could have been resolved long ago. I will never return and would not recommend this office to anyone looking for a practice that values communication, professionalism, or patient care.

When I called, I was met with an automated message, standard these days, but there were no options for new patients or to reach medical staff. I stayed on the line without pressing any keys, and a human did eventually answer. They were polite, soft-spoken, and informed me that the clinic operates on a membership model. Digging into the site later, I found that membership runs around $3,200 per year. What's not clearly explained is how this integrates with existing insurance. There's no detail on whether labs, prescriptions, or procedures are billed separately or offset at all. Nothing against the clinic itself, but after watching another practice in town fall apart post-buyout, I'm not eager to throw more money into the healthcare black hole, especially on top of already sky-high insurance premiums. Las Vegas isn't exactly budget-friendly, and this setup seems designed more for the west side crowd with disposable income than for the average patient just trying to get solid care without financial acrobatics.

I've consistently had great experiences here, which is why I've continued supporting this business for so long. The therapists I've worked with have always been knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely attentive. They take the time to listen to my concerns before each session and tailor the treatment accordingly. I always leave feeling significantly better than when I walked in, and that's why I've remained a loyal customer for so many years. Unfortunately, I recently learned that IMR is now charging a 3% surcharge for credit card payments, and I have to say, it really annoys me. In today's world, paying with a credit card is the norm, and accepting those processing fees has traditionally just been part of the cost of doing business. Seeing that expense passed directly on to loyal customers, especially members, was disappointing. I truly enjoy supporting this business and would much rather continue my membership, but this new surcharge has honestly made me question whether I want to keep it. It's unfortunate because the quality of the massages has never been the issue. I sincerely hope they reconsider this policy, because it's the one thing that's making me think twice about continuing as a member.

I didn't want to get hurt while getting adjusted. When I saw Chiro Mamas in a FB Moms group, what drew me to this practice was the fact that they only cater to women and children. I thought if this doctor's main clientele were children, she has to be really good at what she does. I love that the first contact that I had as a patient was a phone call. Dr. Rhee takes the time to personally get to know you over the phone. That's very rare in any medical field especially nowadays. I told her what my ailments were and I also explained my anxiousness regarding adjustments. She was empathetic and was very understanding. She sent me resources on the type of chiropractic method she practices, which is Gonstead. She didn't need to go out of her way to do that, but you could tell she truly cares about her patients and want you to feel comfortable. Truth be told, I was really anxious when she first adjusted my neck. But that anxiety went away after that day. I felt so much better and I realized my fear was keeping me from feeling better. I would highly recommend Dr. Rhee as a chiropractor. She is very knowledgeable and puts the wellbeing of her patients first! She is also very accommodating with scheduling visits!

Both myself and my best friend were patients with…read moreDr. Duke and both of us left because of what we felt was not only bad medical oversight, but also questionable behavior and not honoring our requests. I will only speak to my experience being there. My husband and I were very upfront from the gecko in both our sit down with Dr. Duke along with our paperwork that we had filled out that we wanted small batch fertilization. This was never discussed with us that the clinic wasn't going honor that until after they fertilized all of my eggs against my request. They explained it away afterwards and sharing why they could not do it, while I expressed that my husband and I were trying to avoid having leftover embryos due to our moral and ethical beliefs. So that breach of trust was violated and the nurse that was assigned to us (Stephanie I think was her name) was changed over because she was quite frankly condescending and lacked sympathy to our whole situation as if we should be happy they made us more embryos against our wishes. We had done two transfers there, and while they did not end up resulting in a live birth, there were other red flags. Not only did their billing team needing to be reminded regularly to bill my Progyny insurance and not my regular insurance, but they also trying to bill us $500ish for something two years later after we had already left which is not even legal to do. My insurance held them accountable to that and the bill was withdrawn. The front office communication was always extremely challenging with people actually being accountable to what they were going to do, whether it was that they're going to call you back or follow up on certain documents. The only person I thought had integrity in their words was Nas. She was always amazing both on the phone and in person. I have major concerns with their fertility clinic, their practices, and the lack of oversight to their operations. We have now moved to Dr. Bruce Shapiro and we don't deal with any of the nonsense that we did there.
