She is knowledgeable, professional, and someone I have felt confident following medically. However, over the last couple of years, my annual appointments have consistently been with a physician assistant rather than with Dr. Leong. Unfortunately, my experiences with this provider have been disappointing. I have felt talked over during visits, not fully listened to, and at times treated as though my concerns were an inconvenience. I raised these concerns previously and was told I would not have to see this provider again, yet at my most recent visit I was scheduled with her again. The most concerning experience occurred when I became extremely ill. My wife called the office to request medication for nausea and was told that if we did not hear back, we should check the pharmacy. There was no follow-up call and no prescription sent. For a patient of more than two decades, that lack of communication and care felt dismissive and unacceptable. I still have respect for Dr. Leong, but the overall patient experience has declined. Long-term patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and cared for -- especially when acutely ill. I hope the practice and anyone thinking of joining takes this feedback seriously.

All the staff, from valet, patient transport, check in and docs.... All kind, compassionate. I feel like they each care about the patient needs and outcomes. I met with Dr. Courtney Gregory and she and her team were great. My visit was almost like a consultation to see how to proceed for the next visit. When making this appointment over three weeks ago I was told that they had a cancellation and if I didn't take this appointment I would have to wait until October. I arrived for my appointment at 10:15 a.m. which is fairly standard for most medical practices, and I was told that the CRNP (Dr. Allyson Gilstrap was on leave so I wasn't even going to see a doctor ) could not see me since I was not there at 10:00 a.m. To be fair, it was suggested, not mandated, to be there a half an hour early to fill out paperwork which would have taken maybe 10 minutes. But I was not made aware that if I was not there by 10:00 a.m. on the dot I would not be seen. I should have been told that. They asked me if I could come back at 3:00 p. m. That would not work for me and I said no and walked out. What is the purpose of making an appointment and arriving early just to be turned away for not being there a half an hour early!! Who does that?? I've never heard of such a thing!! And I should have been able to fill the paperwork out online like most medical practices offer now, and not this out-of-date system. I hope that the person/persons running this place rethink their policies because this clearly is not the way to treat new, potential and existing patients. Turning away a new patient for not being a half an hour early for their appointment is very suspect to say the least. I have since spoken to several people that I know in the medical profession and told them of my experience with this practice and they outright told me this is absolutely wrong.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. She had zero care or concern for dealing with someone who's obviously sick or she wouldn't be there. No compassion. No help. Just curt and ugly. Embarrassed I referred her after I spoke so highly of MC only for her to be treated like she was just some young dumbass that didn't matter. Say you're a miserable person without saying you're a miserable person.
