The city's official guidance was if you had those qualifying disabilities you were exempt. I tried to explain this to the receptionist, a female who was extremely rude about it. Who then got the owner who told me if I did not put on a mask I had to get out. I tried to explain the same to him. They blatantly violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by discriminating against me because of my disabilities, and then treated me like trash because of it. I went to a different lab in Marlow that had no problem whatsoever and were extremely kind and helpful. They've recognized and respected the law, and treated me with the utmost respect. When I walked in I did not have a mask on and the woman told me to sign in and have a seat. I waited for twenty minutes and when she came back out she told me that I needed a mask. I asked for one and she told me no. Why did she not tell me that to begin with? I had to sit there listening to her and her "manager" try to extract blood from a child who screamed the whole time. That was time I could have left and got the mask that that idiot said was required. When I asked why she did not tell me that I needed to have a mask she completely ignored me and pointed at a sign at the door. There were a mess of ragged signs on the door and I didn't read them. When I came back That fool and her manager were waiting, I had a mask and asked for service. Manager would not listen and had her ear to the phone the whole time. How are these morons employed?

The next time I took a test and failed it, she called and I had my list from the pharmacy. I faxed it. Apparently it didn't go through so she called my employer and said I was a fail.
