I absolutely hate going to this place. I tell them I take meds that will make me fail. They will…read morenot take my rx bottles or a printout from my pharmacy. I will then get a phone call a few days later from rude hateful people who make me feel like I am an illegal drug addict, when everything I take is prescribed and I take it how it is prescribed. They are rude and tell me they are going to turn me in as a fail. They once called me and I was in the hospital in a holding room about to have back surgery. She was very rude and said write down this fax number and fax me your drug list. I said I'm about to have back surgery. She said I'll call you back. She did two days later. I told her I was still in the hospital. She this was on Thursday, Sept. 27th. She said if I didn't fax it by Friday, Sept 28th, she would send it as a fail. She did. The next time I took a test and failed it, she called and I had my list from the pharmacy. I faxed it. Apparently it didn't go through so she called my employer and said I was a fail. She then left me a message she didn't get it. I refaxed it, and the next day she called my employer and said I passed. I work two jobs. My full time job sent me to another lab. I took my prescription list with me. I asked if they would like to make a copy. She said yes and did, and I never heard from them again. Obviously everything that I tested positive for, I had a prescription for. 0 Stars but it makes me put 1

Presently I go every two weeks. I feel I am more than adequately competent to rate Labcorp. They are a 10 star Lab. The staff there are friendly, kind and treat everyone professionally and with care. I have never seen anyone there be rude to any client. Just friendly voices and if they get frustrated, you wouldn't know it. After reading comments on the other Labs, I must say I lucked out when I was first told I could do most of my labs here and given a choice, I chose Labcorp. If you choose anywhere else, you are making a mistake. As I stated earlier, I am a rather long-term client and you need to take your services there if you wish to be treated as you should be.

My wife became very nervous for me and I will never be going back there. How is this okay? I do not want to lose my license because of a mans ego. After I was discharged from the hospital for AKI, medical personnel from the Little Black Bag made…read morevisits to my house where they did a thorough examination and ensured I was doing well. They made 6 or 7 visits until my health condition improved significantly and they were no longer needed. I really liked the fact that they came to me and I didn't have to travel to a clinic and wait to be seen.
