I asked for one and she told me no. Why did she not tell me that to begin with? I had to sit there listening to her and her "manager" try to extract blood from a child who screamed the whole time. That was time I could have left and got the mask that that idiot said was required. When I asked why she did not tell me that I needed to have a mask she completely ignored me and pointed at a sign at the door. There were a mess of ragged signs on the door and I didn't read them. When I came back That fool and her manager were waiting, I had a mask and asked for service. Manager would not listen and had her ear to the phone the whole time. How are these morons employed?

After leaving several voicemails and email, I have yet to receive a response from Quest. Even during business hours , phone goes to recording. Very frustrated. Contact info is a struggle to find. Quest does not respond. I will be checking with insurance provider next.

I absolutely hate going to this place. I tell them I take meds that will make me fail. They will…read morenot take my rx bottles or a printout from my pharmacy. I will then get a phone call a few days later from rude hateful people who make me feel like I am an illegal drug addict, when everything I take is prescribed and I take it how it is prescribed. They are rude and tell me they are going to turn me in as a fail. They once called me and I was in the hospital in a holding room about to have back surgery. She was very rude and said write down this fax number and fax me your drug list. I said I'm about to have back surgery. She said I'll call you back. She did two days later. I told her I was still in the hospital. She this was on Thursday, Sept. 27th. She said if I didn't fax it by Friday, Sept 28th, she would send it as a fail. She did. The next time I took a test and failed it, she called and I had my list from the pharmacy. I faxed it. Apparently it didn't go through so she called my employer and said I was a fail. She then left me a message she didn't get it. I refaxed it, and the next day she called my employer and said I passed. I work two jobs. My full time job sent me to another lab. I took my prescription list with me. I asked if they would like to make a copy. She said yes and did, and I never heard from them again. My wife became very nervous for me and I will never be going back there. How is this okay? I do not want to lose my license because of a mans ego. I never leave reviews unless I feel it's the right thing to do. I had to speak out. This was the right thing to do.

They made 6 or 7 visits until my health condition improved significantly and they were no longer needed. I really liked the fact that they came to me and I didn't have to travel to a clinic and wait to be seen.
