Picked my son up from school today with a fever and sore throat, couldn't get into his primary care physician so I thought we could get in and get the necessary treatment at this location. I've been back and forth with my sons insurance carrier for a card (we have NEVER received one) The receptionist this morning was miserable, told me she couldn't find any information on him (when the time that passed was barely 2 minutes) then when I asked about paying out of pocket she said "well it's like $199" so I'm like okay, I'll do that, to which she replied, but if you want us to submit it to your insurance it's actually $240. Well at that I just left. Not that I couldn't afford it, but I felt that she just couldn't be bothered any longer. So we left and went to the ED at Washington hospital, was in and out and they found his insurance information in literally 3 minutes. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CARE! i scheduled an appointment for 11am online. Came in early about 5-10 minutes so 10:50-10:55. Got checked in pretty quick. Then I sat there until about 11:45, and then finally got into the triage. Then was brought back to a room and sat there again until 12:20 and a nurse came in and said the doctor wants to do a covid test, when I never even seen the doctor, she said she'd be back in 10 minutes to give me the results. Never came back. Then the doctor came in listened to my lungs and said we are going to give you a breathing treatment, which I told her doesnt help, and then she left. I waited 1 and a half hours to see a doctor for 2 minutes. Absolutely terrible care. read more

Today I needed to go to MedExpress in Washington, PA. This is maybe only the 3rd time ever that I have been there. Searched their site to see times but noticed many comments from previous visitors. 90% were very negative. Certainly not what I ever remembered. But I had to go. When I arrived, they immediately registered me, within 5 minutes they took my intake information, and I waited maybe 10 minutes to get back in a room taking my vitals and meds and brief description of why I was there. After she left the room, the doctor came in, verified the info, examined me, told me exactly what was wrong, why it was the way it is, prescribed med to be sent to the nearest pharmacy, and I checked out. I was in that building for around 30 minutes. How all these complaints got online is beyond me. They were efficient and very professional. Sad to see complaints that I read. Makes me wonder. read more

went in for lyme disease, have had it before in the past, so I was familiars with the symptoms and I was experiencing all of them. however they did not believe me when I said I had Lyme disease. I told them I removed the tick myself and yet they still did not believe I had Lyme disease. they gave me a single preventative dose, not nearly enough since the dosage to prevent damage lasts at least 10 days. they did not listen to their patient and did not provide the necessary care. the worst kind of people to be providing health care read more

Sooo I was "that person" who rolled in at 10 minutes to closing (only because I thought they were open until 9pm!) However, everyone there was very friendly and very understanding of why I couldn't wait until tomorrow to be seen. They were patient with me as I had to drink fluids to give a "sample" and had me on my way as soon as they had the results so I could go pick up a prescription before the pharmacy closed! I must've apologized to everyone for being there right before closing, and even if they were annoyed that they had to stay late, they didn't show it. Be mindful of their time, most, if not all, have been there all day dealing with all sorts of issues and people! I thank each of them...they were awesome...and now I'm on to feeling better a day sooner!! read more

Worst experience at an Urgent Care....actually no care. I came 20 minutes before closing and they made it clear they had no interest in seeing me. They told me they couldn't help me and I needed to go someplace else. Wow. If that's how your treat your patients, then I guess I do need to go elsewhere. Would not recommend, ever. Im quite surprised when i am the only patient there that the 3 receptionists continued to shop online and the other 6 people working there let me wait until someone actually said. I go in, hand over my id and insurance card get told my co pay is $20 then they decide after the fact it's $40. Called customer service to find what's going on and all they tell me is "I don't know" then asked if this woman can find out why this happened. Her reply is "I don't work there." Asked to talk to a supervisor get told no. I ask her what is the point of her picking up the phone and not provide and service for a customer. They didn't have an answer on the script for that question. The people that actually treated me were great but no company or industry should be able to run like this and will not give another penny to this company. read more

I was very lucky to have walked into this facility. The PA, Stephanie Bernard, correctly diagnosed me back in November with shingles in my ear which, if I was diagnosed incorrectly, could have caused permanent damage and the paralyzing of my face. I never even heard of shingles in the ear! And no one in my family has ever had shingles so it was shocking. My daughter in law was in labor at the time at Washington Hospital and I was visiting from NYC so I wanted to make sure my "ear infection" (that's what I thought it was, even though I never had one) wasn't contagious around a newborn. I followed up with my primary doctor and he stated that I was very lucky to have been diagnosed by her because most would have thought it was just an ear infection. I did end up having some paralyzing of my face because I waited so long but I fully recovered, if I had the wrong diagnoses, I could have had long term damage so I'm very thankful! read more

I usually never use urgent care however I was extremely impressed with the care they provided to my 4 year old. They utilized the correct protocol and ordered the testing and medication appropriately. With follow up calls. I will definitely use this urgent care again. read more

We drove into town for a wedding from Chicago and my daughter had been complaining of a sore throat and other issues. We found this urgent care close to our hotel and they got us in quickly, were extremely kind to myself and my daughter and took great care of us. We left 30 min later with prescription in hand (plus some stickers!) and directions to the nearest pharmacy. The staff was knowledgeable and thorough. If I could give a 0 I would ! Double billing my insurance .. I have gone there a lot with my children and had no problems until recently. My son is a wrestler and got impetigo on his arm we needed a physical form filled out from the day he was treated but did not have one so they wrote up a paper saying when he could return! The coach gave us the form after and went up to get it filled out and they made him be seen again! Double billing when they have already written on one paper when he could return they refused to write it down on another ! Next day mind you! Double billing!!! Traveling trough for a hockey tournament and my kid got sick. They got us in and out under an hour. The staff was polite and helpful. Only negative was the patient rooms could stand to be swept and moped. Trash and dust bunnies around the bed. read more
