I didn't think it was possible, but they amazingly got my loan documents completed in record time! I was in a rush to complete the deal by the end of the day. I walked in late (with no appointment) and saw about 10 folks in the waiting area. Wendy came and greeted to be sure everyone was taken care of. She realized my urgency and started the process rolling out my paperwork asap. Marjie was with another customer, but she also expedited my documents. There were a ton of papers to sign, but they were obviously experienced (10+ years doing this) and we got through them all... right on time! Throughout the process, they were very courteous and kind. I wish every office I visit for the rest of my life provides similar A+ grade customer service.

Thanks to their help, I probably had the smoothest and quickest home purchase process ever from start to finish. A colleague introduced me to Amanda in September 2020. We spoke a few days the first week, I got prequalified the next Friday, I looked at homes that weekend, we made offers and entered escrow the following week, and I had a condo by the end of October 2020! Things escalated very quickly and efficiently. I am the type of client who asks A LOT of questions and likes to be informed about everything. Amanda was super patient with answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. Amanda is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. I am grateful beyond words in how well my first home purchase went, thanks to Amanda and Janelle. They are both up to any challenge, understanding and analyzing your needs while managing your expectations (keeping it real), and helping you get what you want. THANK YOU!

He was patient, respectful and sincere with me. I never felt pressured into buying a home I didn't like or feel at home. He was dedicated and hardworking, sometimes drafting multiple offers on my behalf way into the night in order to get them out in the morning. We were looking for homes nine months into the pandemic and homes were scarce with multiple offers sometimes over 50k above the asking price, we were outbid several times and while that was frustrating, he never gave up. While he had other clients, I never felt pushed aside or that he was too busy for me. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns in a professional and timely manner. He worked tirelessly with my loan officer and the other agent in order to get the right deal for me. He reached out to me and kept me informed about the documentation progress without having to ask. It is rare to have someone fight on my behalf like Tom did with every transaction. After 6 months, we finally scored a brand new home in Rancho Cucamonga at the center of everything. I got more than I expected and I got it for such an amazing price. I am truly grateful for Tom's kindness and commitment. I highly recommend Tom Tseng as a realtor as he is a reliable expert in the field who treats you beyond the etiquette of retaining a client as well as a family member. I trust Tom with my own friends and family and will use his services in the near future.

I read the amazing reviews for "LIZ" and decided on Armstrong Escrow. I should have called first to see who would be working with us so that was genuinely my error. I was not aware that there are multiple agents working for the firm. So unfortunately, we did not have the pleasure of working with Liz or even meeting Liz. Our transaction endured days of unnecessary stress. Real Estate is complicated enough so you have to make sure you have legal resources available on your behalf should anything arise. Unexpected issues & errors are not uncommon in Real Estate transactions but the approach can make or break any situation so accountability could have been handled differently. When errors & gross misjudgment occur on any businesses part, it's best to simply acknowledge that and genuinely apologize without justifying any part on your end. We will go with another Escrow company for the remaining 4 home estates we have in the area!
