My husband and I had a very disappointing experience here. As new customers with valid cards and prescriptions, we had questions because the information we needed was not available on the website. Since we couldn't reach anyone by phone, we went into the store to ask about tinctures and options for daytime pain relief. Unfortunately, the staff was aggressive, rude, and arrogant. Two gentlemen immediately snapped at us and tried to separate us before we even had the chance to explain what we were looking for. We are completely new and were simply trying to learn. There is nothing wrong with asking questions or sitting together while discussing products before making a purchase. Instead of guidance, we were treated with hostility. It was by far the worst customer service experience we've had, and we left without buying anything. There are plenty of other places in Tallahassee and surrounding areas that are willing to answer questions and treat customers with kindness and respect. Unfortunately, this was not one of them.

The wait is usually always really short, and the products are great quality. MUV is one of my favorite dispensaries in Florida. Definitely worth a shot.
