I'm having to go to my bank to file a charge back. I had to wait a month for this appointment. Now I have to find transportation to Tallahassee because I live over an hour away and find a new doctor that actually cares about their patients! Screw this place and screw dr dotson! I don't even know when I'll be able to get an appointment anywhere else. I'm beyond livid. Screw EVERYONE here. I hope everyone has the day they deserve. They said screw me and my disabilities. Visited this location and was given the wrong product. When I returned to address it, the employee…read moreinsisted the incorrect product was something it was not, despite their own website and their own receipt coding for the item. He continued to insist even after I showed him the evidence. The manager stepped in and rather than acknowledging the mistake, doubled down alongside her employee. When she offered a resolution, key information was withheld until we were already in the process of completing it. When I pushed back, the manager became condescending, spoke over me, and actually laughed at my concern. This is not how any customer should be treated, let alone a medical patient. The willingness of staff to misrepresent a product to a customer's face, and the management response that followed, suggests this is less an isolated incident and more a reflection of how this location operates.
