I proceeded to leave to the nearest ATM and came back just for the employees to tell me I couldn't go ahead with the purchase after all. I understand everyone is doing their job but don't mislead customers into consuming your products if you can't pull through your end of the deal. Highly disappointed in this location, very different from my local Trulieve dispensary back home. Don't come here!

He continued to insist even after I showed him the evidence. The manager stepped in and rather than acknowledging the mistake, doubled down alongside her employee. When she offered a resolution, key information was withheld until we were already in the process of completing it. When I pushed back, the manager became condescending, spoke over me, and actually laughed at my concern. This is not how any customer should be treated, let alone a medical patient. The willingness of staff to misrepresent a product to a customer's face, and the management response that followed, suggests this is less an isolated incident and more a reflection of how this location operates.

Worse, I could've paid $50 for a 2-gram cart, but ended up paying $65 for just 1 gram because they didn't tell me about it. This feels deceptive and untrustworthy.
