Curaleaf is the best dispensary in the Panhandle area in my opinion. I know everyone has their own opinions, but mine is based on helpfulness kindness knowledge and trust. Every time that I deal with Curaleaf no matter who I deal with at the Tallahassee level they are 100%, Kick ass! I have had problems, issues in my very long relationship with them no one is perfect, but never did they drop the ball. After voicing my opinion to the company on May 1st about their overnight price hike. I was first met with the response that I must have been confused, that it was just an "introductory price"... Then got a second response that if enough people spoke up they would consider correcting their mistake. I have been patient but I still don't see any indication that they are going to change their PROFIT over PATIENTS. I can't even describe the incredibly awful service I experienced tonight by Sara Hutchinson- the Lead Associate on staff tonight. I left there in tears. She made my first time experience so incredibly confusing, and as a patient of 3 years, she reminded me that this was a cannabis store and not a CBD store....even as far as to say that she didn't have time for me, and told me to come back tomorrow instead multiple times. In my 3 years as a patient in Florida I have NEVER experienced something so incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate. I am a patient who deals with chronic pain from an autoimmune condition and anxiety, and Sara's treatment of me, made me feel like I didn't even belong here. Sara- I have no idea what is going on in your life to make you treat someone the way you did tonight, but no matter how much I am hurting, I would NEVER treat another human that way, especially a CUSTOMER. To everyone else- save yourself some time and emotional turmoil by going to literally ANY other cannabis store in Tallahassee. Every other store here has always gone above and beyond to treat me with respect and grace. read more

Alex, Ryan, and KJ y'all are awesome employees and super sweet young men! Ryan and Alex are always professional when I speak to them on the phone,while placing a delivery order. They pretty much know me when I call now! It's nice to have good relationships with your customers! I called about a certain product that wasn't available, Alex and Ryan were on it, when that product came in they immediately called me! Great customer service and very attentive for never meeting them:) KJ always delivers my medicine to me, he always has a smile on his face ( I can tell through the mask) :) and is very accommodating! I regularly choose another dispensary. However, when they were closed, I regretfully came here. I came in and a white guy said "go ahead up to the counter" so I went to go through the doorway and hand the black kid my drivers license and he said it was "unacceptable" and that I needed my actual med card. I didn't have it on me but had a picture of it with the ID # visible, which was really the only needed part (and not actually because you can absolutely look up my name without it). Either way, he then told me that, that was unacceptable as well and I needed to have my original email when I first got approved for my card (an email from 2019). Obviously, I was not going to sift through years of emails while holding my toddler so I happily walked out and went to Fluent which was within a mile and they let me in with no problems after providing just my driver's license, as normal, and I got everything I needed without all the hassle and bad attitudes. Maybe this was curaleaf's way of saying they don't have stock and to just not let anyone in...? I'm not sure. I'm not sure why you'd turn away money like that. I spend at least $100 every time I step foot in a dispensary. But this was really a trash experience. Dude literally stepped to me like a bouncer like I was trying to fake him out to go in. I was holding a two year old and wearing a clearly marked work uniform. I'd be the dumbest criminal to attempt a robbery like that. I'll never go there again, really. I'm not going to get bullied like that when I'm spending money. read more

I had a great experience at this location. I originally joined Curaleaf while living in Miami so I have been to multiple locations. The staff in Tallahassee were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me decide what is the best product for me to use. Prices are the same at all locations and they all have special prices on certain products. Read before buying so you wont be confused about pricing. I definitely recommend Curaleaf Tallahassee for your medical needs! read more
