The 2 ladies who run the store are knowledgeable about the uniform requirements for the area schools, which can be very diverse depending on the grade of your child, etc. The quality of the items has never been an issue, allowing me to give the clothes to others after a couple of years. They are always very helpful and friendly and the prices are certainly competitive. To me, this business exemplifies the concept of why we should "buy local". I returned this morning just after it opened and was shown to their selection of Fastpitch softball mitts. We found a decent glove at a fair price and quickly checked out. I then asked if they had relacing kits and was told they were currently out but had the lace, but no needle. And then the man checking us out informed us that they offer relacing service. I showed him where my daughter's glove was broken and he said he'd have it fixed by 4 in time for her game tonight. This was excellent customer service as I was in a bind and it saved me from having learn to re-lace a glove for the first time on my daughter's glove in a time crunch. I interacted with 3 employees over two days and all gave us levels of customer service that I thought were long dead. Thank you, Play It Again Sports!
