Waited better than two weeks and called them again. Spoke with a different representative and he said that he seen my paperwork earlier but was assisting another customer and would get back to me. Almost a week has passed and still no response so I went elsewhere guessing they didn't have the time for me and didn't want to make a sale. Very disappointed.
