As a creative content administrator for a brand marketing consultant agency, I have worked with my fair share of videographers, photographers, directors. None of them, however, were able to capture the idea I created in my head. Although the content produced by former companies is high quality, the end result was never what I had imagined. To be clear, the videos were amazing and unique in their own way, but I always felt it was ALMOST there or it was MISSING something. Then I was introduced to Shawn - via conference call - and my love affair with Innovideo Productions began. The best word I can use to describe the quality and execution of Shawn's work ethic and style... PHENOMENAL. Behind the camera, he is nothing but innovative. His organic sense of creative direction is incredible and his attention to detail is immaculate! The visions that I had dreamed and created while creating the content were immediately erased from my mind after reviewing a "rough cut/edit" of Shawn's work and I didn't think it could get any better...but it did. Upon seeing the final version for the first project I worked on with Shawn, words cannot even begin to describe how taken aback I was. He did an unbelievably amazing job. I can't imagine working with anyone else. Helpful, reliable, communicative and patient, Shawn is one of the most skilled people I've ever worked with. Reasonably priced and quick on the turn around times, Shawn's personable professionalism is what makes him and his brand unique. Not only does he come highly recommended and prepared, he transforms your projects into something so much more than you could've ever imagined.

The quality of his work far surpasses any other videographer I have worked with. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Having worked with a couple different videographers in the past, I know that turn around time for the work, quality of the work and user-friendliness is a BIG deal. So to have a company who hits all those and doesn't charge crazy exorbitant prices is a godsend. We will use Innovideo forever, and recommend them wholeheartedly!

I would also like to give major props to Patrick, who was happy to be super collaborative about the editing process and let me come sit in while he put most of it together (our team is very opinionated). We will definitely be back for second cuts to the same footage and for future projects.

Videography is something that needs to be viewed as important as (if not more than) photography; if…read morepictures say a thousand words, then videos say that in a multiple of 100. My wife and I searched high and low for a vendor to complement our photographer and capture our May 2007 wedding. We found expensive ones with a lot of unnecessary bells and whistles and then we found John Rose. Our first meeting was in a MD chain restaurant. He reminded me of a car salesman who was learning the ropes. He was nervous and he was just starting his own business. However he brought a mini dvd player and showed us a sample dvd of his past weddings. He offered more affordable packages and a greater sense of photojournalism. My wife and I shopped around and thought that the other vendors did not fit our budget or style. We took a gamble on our man. I enjoyed working with him before, during and after the ceremony and reception. I don't remember saying more than 4 words to him and his team the entire night; he and the equipment were incognito. He also worked well with our photographer (sometimes vendors can "fight" for better shots). Our final product, received within 2.5 months, is a work of art, from the DVD case design to the chapter menus and footage. It's like watching a movie (not just Uncle Bob's raw footage). Although he is located in MD and serves primarily MD, DC and VA, he is willing to travel for a nominal fee. I would be willing to answer questions (PM me) and vouch for him. John Rose will also provide other references of past customers. I definitely recommend him. Thank God we found him. IFHTP 1
