Serena and her other videographer at Creation Ideation did a wonderful job capturing my speech and presentation. She took the time to look at the lighting situation. While trying to capture a person giving a lecture with a screen for slide projection in the background can sometimes create some lighting challenges, she made my video come out beautifully. She also took the time to properly mic me so that the sound quality would also be excellent. Serena went above and beyond, which truly touches me and has actually brought me to tears. Serena was a delight to work with as she created a promotional video for our week-long youth tour program.
