Owner did explain several options and included me on decisions. I think I found my new mechanic! Excellent people and excellent work!!!

I tried calling them the next day but no answer after many, many tries. I drove down there and was told my car would be next in line the next day and they would call me mid day. No call. I called them at least 10 times during the day with no answer. I went there again and was made promises again and I took my vehicle and left. What a waste of my time. No respect for others. 2 days without my vehicle and my car was parked on the street the whole time and very vulnerable. Judging by the number of cars parked all over the place my story seems to be the norm. The place is dirty and unorganized. The woman I spoke with was very apoligetic and very nice but I would not recommend this place at all.

I don't feel like they just want to run up the bill on me. In fact, they've even helped me get some work done at a minimal cost that could of cost many hundreds of dollars. Gezer is also another service rep who has been polite and very professional. He knows what needs to get done and does it. Lastly, Cindy in the service department office politely fielded four frantic calls in a row and got me lined up with a loaner car quickly and with a friendly southern smile. I recommend giving this place a try - or, if you bailed under previous management, give it another shot.
