I had requested a deep clean of our common areas, focusing on baseboards and walls. The rate reviewed was fair for our space and was looking forward to their visit! Suelen arrived on time with her assistant and got right to work! I knew things had slipped a bit, but wow, I didn't realize how much! The ladies tackled our blinds, walls, fridge, and even our air fryer combo that I figured was just forever dirty - boy was I wrong! While I didn't grab any before and after pics, this one speaks volume of their work. I needed my basement flooring and bathroom cleaned and wipe down of kitchen counter. Then I asked for whatever else could be done for the first floor in the alloted time. I asked them to access the basement to see if two ppl would be needed. They decided to split the work. After an hr of working, I get a text that they won't be able to finish the work and that they need more time. So I tell the second maid to head downstairs to finish the work. A few kins later, they told me the basement was done and proceeded to work upstairs on the 1st level. I gave them both $15 tip before inspecting the work. After the floors dried, i was able to see that the floors were still dirty, they used one of my rags to wipe down either the bathroom or floor down and there was damage to the base of the kitchen cabinents. The response from the company was that they needed more time to clean but didn't take any accountability. They offer to come back at an additional charge but I refused. I would not recommend this company. I've read reviews on yelp with similar experiences of them sending two ppl and requesting more time to clean to charge the customer more. The 3 rd person was clearly a trainee or newer as she didn't have initiative and had to keep asking what to do and just standing around waiting for an order. Lastly, I speak some Spanish but there was no English and there was a lot of photo taking and laughter that felt like they were judging the state of my parents home.
