On November 13, 2019 at approximately 11:00am I walked into this laundry mat to see if I could get the zipper on my jacket repaired. While I was showing the zipper to the man he asked me if anyone has ever told me that I'm stunning. I ignored his comment and kept talking about the zipper. He informed me that the lady who does those repairs would not be in until 5 but we could fill out the paperwork. Then, to my surprise, he said "ouuu, I wish I could just bend you over right now..." I didn't say anything because I was so shocked and embarrassed and I just wanted to leave. He asked me to leave my name and number so the lady could get back to me, I left a fake number only because I wasn't sure if he would take it for his own personal use since he was so bold to say what he said and I grabbed my jacket and left. I will never step foot in this establishment ever again and I don't even want to walk past the door that's how uncomfortable he made me feel. This place is ok, but pricey. So Meadowvale Coin Laundry, is located at Meadowvale Town Centre in Mississauga, Ontario. Its been one of the tenants in the building since that section of the plaza was built. Its a pretty clean, owner-operated Laundromat, with lots of newer equipment, including large capacity washing machines. I like how they have machines to make change, and an on-site ABM. Having moved back to the GTA after working in Quebec, one of the big surprises I experienced was the cost of doing coin laundry. In Quebec it cost me $1.50 to wash and $1.00 to dry. Here its costing me $5.00 to wash and $5.00 to dry. Last night I spent $20 washing and drying two loads of towels. Their driers are electric, I think that the gas ones are capable of drying faster They also have a wash and fold service, which is charged by weight. I weighed my towels upon going home and discovered that it would have been cheaper for me to pay them the $15 min charge to wash all of my towels Service level, site, location, and staff are all a-ok. Its the price why I'm pushing this to 3 stars. read more

Terrible place. I got my clothes dry cleaned this week and paid $22.50 at the front desk... The lady was too distracted to stamp in the books that I paid and unfortunately I didn't notice nor did I ask for a receipt which they don't even give. I then come for my clothes when they are ready and this time a different lady says I didn't pay. I tell them YES I did pay, however, she does not believe me because the book does not say that I paid. Overall terrible customer service, they don't take debit so I couldn't prove I paid. The customer is basically vulnerable to the ladies that work there to not get distracted. If they were smart they would have it so that payment ONLY happens when clothes are picked up or payment ONLY happens when clothes are given. I was left paying $45 for a mistake that was theres and honestly probably happens often with their system. read more

I've come here a few times for dry cleaning as well as laundry. I've had very positive experience every time. They have friendly and professional staff and lots of available machines. They have reasonable prices and clean facilities. There's also free WiFi, which is a plus. read more

Used the wash and fold service and they lost my two laundry bags and won't acknowledge it, just nod.

I was using the wash & fold service for over 9 months..I found the service to great, Tony runs the place for the idiot owner. Now Tony can only be there so long once his shift is over he would text me and tell me he was leaving. I own a roofing company, many times couldn't grab my laundry till 4 -6th pm. Once Tony left my close would be in the care of these incompetent Chinese ladies who are obviously all related to the owners. The ladies were responsible for folding my clothes and hanging the ones that needed To..With no other wash & fold in besides southdown I was limited to options. I started noticing my EXPENSIVE CLOTHING going missing..When the ladies came on duty there always in the back room. At least 6 time's I was able to walk in and out with ALL my clothes and no one had a clue. Owner never refunded 1$. Meanwhile I would spend $35-50 ... when offered to do 4 free washes he reneged on his deal. I visited the laundromat on a Saturday. There were a lot of machines available as well as carts to hold your basket. I thought it was a little cramped with people wanting to use washing machines in the same row. There was one attendant working, she mostly stayed behind a counter. For the washers it cost $4.75 (19 quarters) for 30 minutes of washing. There were clear instructions on the washer to help you use it. There were two change machines that took bills, loonies and toonies. Last thing, the washing machines and driers don't give you your money back if change your mind plus there was free wifi. read more

The facilty was clean and the lady on duty was delightful. However it was not until after I had put my clothes and detergent in the washer when I realized it was $6.00. That is very very unreasonable. I have been washing clothes on and off at laundry mats for over 20 years and I have never seen a such a ridiculous charge. I mean you could get someone to hand wash it for cheaper. If I am paying $6.00 for one load, my clothes better come out with a price tag! To make matters worst the dryer was 3min for $0.25 after I put a small load in for 36 min, paying $2 my clothes were still very wet. I thought I would be atleast getting great machines after paying an arm and leg. If this place would reduce their prices so you wouldnt have to sell your soul to afford it, I would be a regular. Until then, I will take my business somehwere I dont have to take out a loan to do my laundry. read more

I've been to this laundromat a few times to wash duvets that won't fit in my home washing machine. Staff have always been helpful. Today was different. Washed a duvet and put it in the dryer for 30 minutes at $.25/3 minutes. Checked the dryer after 20 minutes and it had stopped running. Asked staff for a partial refund since the dryer malfunctioned and was told there is nothing wrong with the dryer and I should have watched it. I told staff there is no way a customer would know the dryers need to be watched to work. Staff insisted the dryers work properly and it is my fault it stopped running. She gave me $1. I won't be back. read more

Do your laundry elsewhere instead of using this places wash and fold where they lose items continually and don't acknowledge and prefer not to deal with. read more
