As a grandparent picking up my grandson there I would say the teaching staff was always lovely. I…read morewill also say to their detriment is that La Petite is concerned about their money first and foremost . My daughter gave a full time tuition. They made her sign a paper stating when the child would be dropped off/ picked up even though her work schedule was variable weekly ... and they knew that. If she arrived later than the time they made her state then they wouldn't allowy grandson to attend that day.,. Even though they received full time tuition. I quickly leadned that they did that to observe only necessary teacher - student ratios to pay the least hourly teacher wages possible. Also, many times at the end of the day, your child would be in another classroom because they had already sent your child's classroom teacher home and put them with another teacher until uou arrived .... Also to save them money. Management seems nice but is not transparent at ALL. Be wary. Get what you pay for and be sure to ask about full time tuition and open hours . Bonus : They also like to send kids home for any health reason they can imagine.

It is difficult as a parent to drop your child off and go to work. I'm sure many of us would love…read moreto stay at home. I can honestly say that I am beyond grateful for the family we have found at La Petite. The staff and teachers care. They love my daughter, they nurture her, they are shaping her to be a wonderful human during some of the most important developmental years of her life. It brings me joy to know that when she's not with me I can rest assured that she is still being loved and cared for by people who want to see her be happy and succeed in life. This place is an extension of home. I will be forever in their debt for helping me raise such a great kid.

We had a couple years of positive experiences but something has changed dramatically recently. I…read morecould detail my many minor frustrations with the lack of communication and what seems to be intentional deceit with moving students between classes without notifying parents, but I feel the two major incidents that caused us to leave will speak for themselves: In the last week and a half my daughter was first directly given a known allergen by a staff member, causing an ER visit and extremely stressful day for my whole family. To be clear, this was not an accidental exposure - she was handed a cup of milk despite having a well-documented allergy to milk. Yesterday, my daughter was sent home with dried feces caked on the back of her shirt from a BM that occurred at 10 AM. She was walking around all day with a significant amount of feces on her. Based on the fingerprints and smudges she was touching it frequently, so it is fair to assume that everything she touched and even the other children she interacted with were exposed to the potential bacteria and illnesses known to be in feces. When I called to address both issues their response essentially amounted to 'mistakes happen.' Obviously this was extremely upsetting given these two incidents so close together, which clearly indicates a larger issue. After a tense but professional phone call with the owner I was told my daughter was no longer allowed to attend, effective immediately. Luckily we were already making plans since we didn't feel she was safe there anyway, but I was still appalled that rather than bear responsibility they chose to dismiss it. I am truly fearful for every student in that center. I don't know what it is happening but there is a clear lack of appropriate management and it is putting kids' well being at risk.

We can't say enough great things about The Learning Bee. We've placed both of our children here,…read moreand we couldn't be happier. The communication is first rate (we always receive timely emails and phone calls when required) and the educational aspects are, of course, top notch as well. We have seen tremendous growth from both children over the past three years - growth which, frankly, we don't feel we would have seen with any other provider. Their diligence during the pandemic was especially impressive, given how difficult it was for nearly every business in the area (and country) to operate during such a hectic time. The Learning Bee has been one of the best decisions we've made in our children's young lives.

The management is extremely unprofessional. I have overheard them multiple times making fun of…read moreother teachers....like even what they are wearing. The teachers who are friends with them get special treatment. They made me clock out early when we were in ratio but would let their favorite teachers stay for over an hour in the office talking about weekend plans and laughing and didn't clock out until their normal time to leave. This happened almost everyday. I was even told to clock out to walk 50 ft to my car to get my lunch out of the car. It's like a big joke to them. They try to make you feel worthless and want you to kiss their a$$. There was a time when a new girl started. She was from another country with a strong accent. She would tell me that the teachers in her classroom and beside her classroom would make fun of her and talk bad about her right in front of her. She told management and they did nothing because the ones who were bullying her were their friends. Management could care less what any teachers have to say. They sit on Facebook all day and shop on Amazon when they aren't ordering takeout and leaving work to get their hair done and other things they shouldn't be doing. My boyfriend got in a work accident on my break. They said they think he fractured his skull. I told the management and they laughed and said "ew!" In my face. Every teacher in The building complains about them and their lack of management abilities. The management are nasty mean and childish. On a good note, the teachers are wonderful with the kids.

I LOVE this place. I LOVE the staff, the environment, overall it's a great place for your kid(s)…read more There's so much to say I don't know how I will get it all out. Let's start from the top, administration. Lauren and Laura are WONDERFUL. If there's any issues, concerns, or you just want to give feedback, they are open to it. Communication is great, via HiMama, phone calls, or emails. The staff, I love them. My twins are there and throughout their growth and transition to different classes, it has been a great experience. Ms. Megan, Ms. Morgan, Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Marissa, Ms. Katie, Ms. Beth, Mr. Troy are just to name a few (please charge it to my head not my heart those I didn't mention). When I say the staff at Celebree Spring Ridge care, I mean it. As parents you want your children in a safe, healthy learning environment. Celebree Spring Ridge is the place. From infants to school-age, they're the best in my opinion. If you're considering enrolling your kid(s), attend the open house, go visit the location, you'll sign up! With any daycare, cost is a major factor. It's worth the money AND there is assistance for those that are interested (check with them for more details). I wholeheartedly stand by my review. Good luck in your daycare search, put Celebree Spring Ridge on your list of places to check out!
