Never again will we deal with this company. Our contractor used them for our Kitchen renovations…read moreand after the dumpster was filled they refused to take the dumpster because of a minor miscommunication with the contractor. It's been over 2 months and they are attempting to charge us late fees on a contract that did not involve us instead of just removing their property and following up with the contractor who rented the dumpster from them to begin with. The stress this has brought upon my family could not even be repayed with the amount of rent that is due to us for storing their dumpster on our property. We are now being forced to contact the attorney general's office to resolve the situation. Needless to say the next time we are in need of a dumpster we will NOT be contacting Coxco.

Dumpster was delivered approximately 1/3 full with the existing trash positioned in a way that…read moreblocked access. My crew had to spend valuable time on a tight schedule manually moving someone else's garbage, which was unsanitary and included mixed debris such as household waste and even topsoil (documented in photos). This created unnecessary labor and delay on our end. I raised this directly with both the driver and the owner who provided no acknowledgment of the issue, the added labor and disruption. Despite being notified, no resolution or accountability was offered. Edit post owner's response: Second image was provided by the owner himself showing all the garbage they brought to me from another location. First image with the tailgate open is a shot which includes a chair and two cardboard boxes that were thrown in by the driver from the first dumpster that was picked up. (This was dumpster number two from them). Owner has made zero effort in addressing the partially filled dumpster when our expectations were an empty dumpster. I was charged an additional fee of $155 for items that I have no knowledge of two weeks after the last dumpster was picked up. If you order a dumpster from these guys, be on notice you may receive a partially filled dumpster which to them, is perfectly acceptable... also, they'll store your CC info and bill for any additional fees they find suitable.

I hate it when nice people do a lousy job…read more While the house is certainly cleaner than when they came, this was by no means a "deep" clean that I paid for. As advertised on their website, and not performed: they didn't empty the trash bins they did a spotty job on the baseboards (even after I specifically mentioned this in the estimate visit) they didn't clean all the windows, if any the ceiling fans weren't dusted And the cleaning that they did do wasn't thorough- I found pieces of dust under furniture and on counters, and they didn't wipe down all the furniture. On top of it, they broke our kitchen trash bin spring top, and didn't say anything about it. They were also late, which wouldn't have been a big deal except they kept changing just *how* late they were going to be via text. Will not be repeating, and do not recommend.

We had to move from Allston to Brighton after 16 years--in other words, a long time in which we had accumulated A LOT of stuff. After the big move, in our old apartment there were like 30 bags of clothes, shoes, etc, and furniture such as shelves--a lot. There was that junk clean-out PLUS we needed the guys to move the last of our things to our new place--stuff that didn't fit onto the big moving truck. They made quick work of that! And THEN the following week, we texted Jeremy for help AGAIN because we had some boxes and junk in the basement of our old place. Three different jobs, all for one move. Whew! We're all done, thank God. We are definitely keeping Jeremy's number in our phones! Such a relief to get some excellent help. Will call Gone Tomorrow again.
