They have removed my Google review because (assuming the employees) reported it as fake engagment.
I ordered online March 5th & as of April 25, they STILL never shipped the item & are continuing to ignore my emails. I still dont have my order or a refund- I really wish I read the reviews of this happening to other people before placing an order.
Update: upon checking the website the removed the specific item that I purchased from their website, yet I have still not been contacted, refunded, or recieved it.
UPDATE: I finally recieved a refund on May 2nd after posting on their social media & writing reviews & trying to contact them for 2 months. Still, no one has contacted me, i only got a notification of the refund from the shop app. Unbelievable experience.
Edit: I'm going to add that this is all for a $40 glass jar with a brass lid & $30 in shipping fees (prices are CAD) so I think we can all agree using common sense that if someone was trying to commit fraud, it wouldn't be for a glass jar where they have to spend more in shipping (after duties & taxes) than the actual product itself.
Edit to owners response: If you can produce solid evidence that my account was labeled as "potentially fraudulent" please contact over email and I will reevaluate my review.
You can also reach out with the evidence of your 'many' attempts to contact me if you wish. However, I acknowledge I was called by your store at 4:30am (my time) the day you responded to this review. Of course I didn't pick up, I was sleeping at that time. If you really wanted to contact me you could have replied to my many emails or social media attempts to contact (Instead my comments were deleted). Calling me the day you replied to this Google review is not a good look. This review response is still the only thing I've heard from your company. But I'm glad it got the attention & a refund.
If you were not going to ship me the item, I should have been refunded immediately, but because the listing is no longer active on the website since my purchase, & the rest of my experience, as well as seeing that this has happened to other international customers, ive come to the conclusion that what youre saying is not correct & this looks like a very bad cover up on your part.
After this entire interaction- I feel it would not be wise for me to have anything but written communications with you or your team- so if you ever do try to contact me with the evidence you said you can provide- be sure to do so over email.
I stand by- if you are going to shop here, do it in person where you can walk out with the item. I'm convinced I would have been scammed if not for this Google review. read more
