So glad I called Jeff and his crew to turn my neglected dirty garage into a clean and beautiful…read morespace. They first got everything out, then cleaned the floor. When that dried, they painted the walls and did a wonderful, professional job. Last, they painted the floor, sprinkling the wet paint with decorative small pieces that serve to keep you from slipping if the floor gets wet. It all looks great! In addition , they took care of my "handyman list" tasks , including installation of a new garbage disposal, replacing lightbulbs I couldn't reach, and many more items. The cost was fair and I'm sure they will be back when I get my next list ready! Shirley N.

I looked on my Yelp for flooring stores in town. The closest one to me was Flooring Concepts. There were no reviews, but I figured I had to start somewhere. I walked in not knowing what to expect. What I found was a polite knowledgeable gentleman who showed me right to what I was looking for. He came back every few minutes to make sure I didn't have any questions, and if I did he didn't make me feel silly. ( I knew nothing about flooring). Every aspect of this experience was top notch, from service, to price, to pick up. I have made 2 flooring purchases there, and I will definitely use them again!!! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up from this flooring newbie!!!!

A friend recommended this company to us. Boss focuses on roofing, but also do other work. We had an…read moreexpensive bathroom renovation done just two years ago by another local company. One of the major problems is that the pony wall had come away from the exterior wall. We also had mold in the shower under the caulking. Lisa's company found that the pony wall had only been attached to the exterior wall by one little screw into the plaster board. Jason not only took out some of the plasterboard and inserted a 2 x 4 to attach the pony wall to the exterior, but also got in the crawl space and attached the wall to the floor. He put it all back and it's perfect. Also, all of the mold is gone. He also worked on a couple other areas that needed finishing. Why didn't we go back to the original company? We found their finishing work was not acceptable. We didn't want them to come back and not fix it correctly and end up with the same problems. My pictures show the before and after. Another note, there was no stress put on this pony wall to cause it to move away from the exterior wall. It's attach to a walk-in tub that we had only used 4 times in those two years. Regarding the caulk, several people had told us that mold under the caulk was a sign it was not installed properly, and they had never seen that bad of a condition UNDER the caulk to occur in such a short time. We'll definitely use Boss again. They also install windows.
