He showed up and immediately told me he had to take care of another estimate and would be back in less than an hour. 4 hrs later after not answering my calls and texts, I called him from my company phone and he answered immediately but then hung up when he realized it was me. I don't know what I did to deserve this treatment but as a business owner, I would never do that to a customer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

It turned out beautifully. He gave me a fair estimate & wrote out what he would do & gave me a fair time frame as well. He also went above & beyond by not only installing 2 kitchen cabinets for me....he did carpentry work & moved some cabinets above my refrigerator over & put a filler in to make it look seamless & congruent. I needed work done on my bathroom. The geniuses who designed the bathroom used a wood panel as the…read morefinish on one of the walls. While it looked good, water from shower had cause some discoloration (water damage) to the wood. The whole panel had to be pulled out and replaced with tile. I found Sam through Yelp and he came by and gave a very fair estimate. It was within my budget and I accepted the bid. He gave me a list of things he would need to complete the job. I went over the home depot and lowes and picked up the stuff in advance of his work. Work started on a Thursday morning. Sam and his wife came with their tools and started working. They were meticulous in their work and even cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. I was not living there at the time so they could have left the place a mess had they chose to. I left them a copy of the keys so they could complete the work. I would come by to check on the work in the evening and the place was not messy at all. The work took a little over a week but much of that was due to waiting for the tile to come in (It was on special order). In the end, it was a job well done. Very happy with the job and it was tougher than I had expected. Sam even did some touch up painting to areas that were nicked from the removal of the toilet. Highly recommended for your tile work.
