I will admit...this place is sort of odd (it's basically a half antique store slash half florist), and the employees tried to be helpful but weren't over the top nice. The vibe in this florist was really hard to place...pretty uncomfortable. i think a part of it was that there was no real place to wait, it was in a weird part of town, and the purpose of the venue wasn't all for flowers. It was unusual for sure. After about a 5 minute wait for my flowers, the lady who was helping me walked out with all of the flowers in buckets. They looked really good and we actually ended up with extra roses that she didn't charge us for. The quality of the flowers was wonderful and they were refrigerated and beautiful. She let me borrow the buckets and I brought them back after my event. All in all, the prices were good, the flowers were big and gorgeous, and my order was exactly right. The flowers were ready on time and I can't really complain at the end of the day. I would actually use Pink House again in the future if necessary.

Very easy to do business with, and they seemed to "get" what I wanted. I like having the florists make custom arrangements, versus picking something based on a picture of an arrangement. The flowers were completely different than what was pictured online. If products are not available then they should not be displayed online for purchase. When we went back online they do have a disclaimer about substitutions. We emailed them but they just referred to the disclaimer. In my opinion it was a big bate and switch. I understand changing flowers due to season, but placing them in a clear vase and not a basket was a big disappointment. When you contact a florist in another state, you expect that they have some intuitive knowledge that you're sending a gift because you can't deliver it yourself and take extra care to ensure a great transaction. The Rose and Vine does not have take this care and apparently doesn't worry about bad reviews and losing customers. Must be nice to be so successful. Secondly, what I ordered was an arrangement in a unicorn vase. The whole purpose of choosing this arrangement was for the unicorn vase. When the recipient sent me a photo of the arrangement, it was not in a unicorn vase at all! It was a plain square vase. This arrangement was for a very small child who had just lost a parent. I was very disappointed that they misrepresented the arrangement. I can see substituting a flower because it is out of season, but having a completely different arrangement than what was pictured is just wrong.
