A year and a half and one child later, I am finally sitting down to write this review! Although it…read morehas taken me some time to get to this item on my to-do list, I couldn't not review Amanda Rose Weddings and owner Linda Smreczak because they deserve to be acknowledged for the work they put into making my wedding perfect. In short, my fabulous wedding on Hilton Head Island would not have been even remotely possible without Linda. My husband and I live in Los Angeles, and almost our entire wedding was planned long distance with Linda taking the reins in South Carolina. We made two trips out prior to the wedding - the first to visit venues with Linda, the second to meet with the florist and have our tasting (Linda arranged and attended all meetings with us) - and everything before, after, and in between was taken care of through conference calls and e-mails! Linda went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and I will admit that I am a very picky and demanding person. She responded immediately to e-mails, which is super important to me, and was always available for questions. When we weren't sure how to deal with the welcome bags we wanted to do - as every single wedding guest was coming in from out of town for the wedding - because we couldn't bring all of the goodies with us in our suitcases, she let us have everything delivered to her home! UPS made at least a dozen deliveries to her house with wedding stuff, everything from décor items I ordered for the escort card table to tiny bottles of cider for the welcome bags. Linda picked up maps and brochures of the area for us to include in the welcome bags, and she even went had our escort cards printed for us. Really, anything we needed her to help us with she was there to do. She also has relationships with truly amazing vendors - our florist was incredible, our DJ so fun, and the dessert caterer (separate from the venue, because I needed a dessert table!) absolutely delicious. Planning a wedding feels like a full time job, and when you are 3,000 miles away from your venue it can feel like an impossible task! But whether you are local or planning a destination wedding, I recommend you utilize Linda's expertise. Thanks to her I had an absolutely fabulous wedding.

We knew we had to check them out. What sealed the deal for us was that they are not only work friends, but personal friends with the photographer we already booked (Dream Weaver Photos). We knew it would be important to book vendors that worked well together, so a husband and wife team who are friends with the photographer just made sense. We went into the meetings with Jeff and Cindy already with the expectation of hiring them both. While typically day of coordinators don't really help with booking other vendors, Cindy was able to offer her professional insights on hair and make up, florals, and even hotel blocks. She was responsive to every email for a full year before our wedding, and we had a thorough sit down meeting a month before the wedding. The week of, there were many frantic calls and texts to Cindy with things that seemed to be the end of the world to me, the bride, but were minor details in her eyes. At least that's how she made me feel while she calmed me down. The day before the wedding, we had an emergency and most of my family missed our rehearsal. She continued with the rehearsal with who was there, and the day of found those missing family members and talked to them about what they needed to do. Melanie came as her assistant. They were on time and had everything set up in what felt like a few minutes. They kept everything on track and kept all problems away from me. The day was perfect. I kept waiting for something to go wrong, but nothing did! I actually did not even know our guest's trolley drove to the wrong location and only picked up at one of our two hotels until the guests told us the next day. Funny now, but would not have been funny the day of. Thank you to Cindy for keeping that, and who knows what else, away from me all day! I could go on about Cindy but let's get to Jeff. My husband had a very specific entrance he requested Jeff to do, and Jeff couldn't have been better at it. He had our timeline in correct order, made the announcements we asked, and even requests we made the morning of the wedding were fulfilled. He only played music we asked him to, and did not play anything on our do not play list. The dancefloor was PACKED the whole night. Not a single person was in their chair, and hardly anyone left early. Even the grandparents were out of their seats! It was the true party we were looking for and a week later, the guests are still telling us how much fun they had with the music. I am truly impressed by how well our wedding went, thanks to Cindy and Jeff. If you have not hired this duo yet, what are you waiting for?!

All About You Entertainment has a pretty intuitive and comprehensive web portal to allow clients to select must plays, please play, and don't play. The owners also own some of the islands best restaurants, so you know the food was good. I recommend without the slightest reservation.

She answered my many questions, and was great in all the work she did! She gave me vendors to call and work with, and all of them turned out great. She eased any concerns we had! I felt like she was a member of our family when we finished! The ceremony looked fabulous, as did the reception! We actually held the reception at The Gallery (another one of their locations) because our wedding was so small, but if I had more guests, I would have definitely had it at Windows! The food was "OH, SO YUMMY!" Some of my guests were saying it was amazing, and definitely the best food they have ever eaten at a wedding. Service went without a hitch!

You give us a gift and then apologize? Talk about too nice! We had a few chats over email and he was always quick to respond. When it got closer to the wedding he was the one that reached out to me and made sure we went over the details. About a week before we met at Starbucks and basically changed everything I had told him before. He didn't give me a face or ask why just went with my new flow and offered tips on how I could make it better. He gave me great advice and even helped me make some decisions that were still up in the air. He helped me put together a day of timeline even though that is definitely not his job. On my wedding day he showed up early and started working right away! Even though I gave him limited information he walked around and figured things out on his own. Anytime I texted him about something he was already on it! He took photos of every single little thing I asked for and I didn't have to remind him about any of it. He was so professional and everyone really took note! During our photos downtown he engaged with my 2 year old flower girl and kept her busy as his "assistant" it was really such a sweet moment to watch him with her. My DJ (Gavigan Entertainment) was a nightmare but Rodney took out his iPad and got my ceremony music to play. During the reception I was all over the place but he kept me focused and he made sure I got photos with everyone and he never stopped working. Even when he sat to eat he was talking to my guests and taking photos. After the wedding I told him I was going straight on my honeymoon and wouldn't have service (Cruise) so he stayed up and gave me a sneak peek!! Perfect beginning to my honeymoon. I am starting to get most of my photos in and I am so excited! They all look incredible so far. I highly recommend you hire him!!
