Everything was excellent with respect to every aspect of our experience--the food was superior in quality and presentation while there was an atmosphere of closeness and friendship on the part of everyone who served us. Instead they never checked on us and we had to flag down a staff to tell them about it and it took then 20 minutes to deliberate and finally the cook came over with an attitude stating we have to pay for it because we took "20 minutes to say something." They kept insisting that they cook the same burger more that was bitten and had been sitting and that they had back for over 20 minutes and that they would give a new bun and toppings. This is utterly ridiculous. Who would want that back especially after repeatedly insisting we no longer wanted it and that we can just pay for everything else. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. And we are not the only customers there at the time who had a problem with raw food.

Busiest from 7pm to 10pm, customers waiting to be seated formed a line near the restaurant entrance. Tables are easily pushed together for large groups. With a limited menu of soft drinks, juices, beers, and wine I had one draft beer and one Tinto de Verano (a bubbly citrus/red wine mix) which was very refreshing on a hot summer night. Very affordable, I had half a pizza to take home as well as the remaining half of the salad I finished the fries and two alcoholic beverages for 21 Euro. The food that I ordered was served separately, meaning that the accompanying sides were served before the main entree which for me was a steak. My potatoes and rice were cold by the time my steak arrived. The steak got cold waiting for the sides to return. Asked for a hotplate to warm up the meat, but this was not available. The steak was returned to the kitchen for re-heating. A second entree that was ordered by two guest of mine was served with different sized portions for the same thing. Comments made to the wait staff fell on "deaf" ears. It was almost as if the attitude here is " It is what it is". I will never return.....total price for the meal $240.00 euro.
