After some additional construction, I called them to come out again and clean up the mess/dust left by the construction. **WOW!** The crew was Alisha, Eileen, Brittney, and Shannon and they did a fantastic job. They even let me know that there was a high window that they couldn't reach and so they scheduled a time to come back later and bring an extension to make sure that one was cleaned as well. That is customer service at its best! Even my realtor was impressed with the job they did, and she hires a lot of different cleaning companies. I had paid for a deep cleaning of a small bathroom. I was on my way to a third surgery that very day right after the cleaning appointment, and just wasn't with it enough to request a good scrubbing and mopping, which is what it really needed (dark tile, so need for cleaning not as obvious, but definitely needed "deep" cleaning). Even the vacuuming was poorly done. After a lengthy period of recovery, I finally contacted the owner a few months later via email to ask if mopping the floor was part of what they considered deep cleaning. No reply to initial email. Sent a followup email about a week or so later. Owner replied, did apologize for delay due to illness. Also apologized for the floor issue. Acknowledged my concern, even gave a referral to another cleaning service if I didn't want to give them another try. What I would have preferred was to have someone come out free of charge and finish the job that I paid for, but I let it go. If it were my business, that's exactly what I would have done, including not sending the original cleaner.

Your milage my vary, but I was pleased they were able to come on short notice, the very next day. They worked for a little over 3 hours and I'm satisfied with their work. Is the house now absolutely spotless? No. Was it good value for the cost? Yes, most definitely. They also gave me the option to look things over before they left and I did ask them to re-mop a spot that had been missed. (Some internet cables had been piled in a corner and made it hard to get to the cat hair under it. But all I had to do was point it out and the gals grabbed the mop and took care of it.)
