I totally agree with James M, Erin always takes care of every need and issue for our company. I've known many property managers over the years, since I've been with my Employer since 2009 (MDL took over for CFI). She is the best to date. She is definitely an asset to MDL Group. She is also very pleasant, which is rare, in Customer Service, it's sad to say, nowadays. Thank You for your top-notch service. BTW, I've written several reviews on other Property Management Companies, but this is the only Positive one. read more

I have worked in an office at 3925 N. Martin Luther King Blvd. in Las Vegas for approximately one year and eight months. I genuinely like this building and believe it has a lot of potential, which makes the lack of maintenance and upkeep even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the facility and surrounding grounds has been consistently poor. The parking lot is frequently filled with trash, including alcohol bottles, particularly on Monday mornings. I understand that a cleaning crew may eventually come through and clean the area, but it raises an important question: why are events, such as car shows, being allowed to leave the property in this condition? If the parking lot is being rented for outside events, are the businesses and office tenants ultimately paying for the cleanup through their leases or CAM charges? If so, that seems unfair when the mess is not caused by the tenants who work in the building. The interior of the building is equally concerning. The atrium has the potential to be beautiful, but it appears neglected. The building is dusty and dirty, and the doors and windows have accumulated months of dirt and grime. I plan to include photographs with this review because the condition of the property speaks for itself. There are also areas where the walkways have significant openings and missing concrete. This creates a potential safety hazard, particularly because many adults with disabilities visit and receive services in this building. Uneven or damaged walkways can create a serious risk for trips and falls. The elevator also appears neglected. The flooring is filthy, and its overall appearance is uninviting and poorly maintained. The second-floor walkways have, at times, appeared as though they had not been cleaned for months. Additionally, the exterior windows of the building appear to have never been properly cleaned. Many office windows have significant water spots and buildup, which further contributes to the neglected appearance of the property. The bathrooms are outdated and in need of attention, including holes in some of the walls. Overall, these issues create an environment that does not reflect a professional office building. It is not surprising that there appear to be numerous vacant offices. I currently know of approximately nine vacant spaces, and I believe the overall appearance and condition of the building may be a contributing factor. Management may say that they care about the property and its tenants, but the condition of the building and grounds often communicates something very different. I truly love this building and would like to see it maintained at the level it deserves. However, businesses pay to lease office space here and should not have to deal with a facility that is consistently dirty, poorly maintained, and, in some areas, potentially unsafe. I hope MDL takes these concerns seriously and invests in properly maintaining this property. With regular cleaning, repairs, landscaping and grounds maintenance, window cleaning, and attention to safety issues, this building could be an attractive and professional place for businesses and their clients. read more

MDL Group is an excellent property management company. We started leasing our commercial space with them in May of this year. Since then, every interaction we've had with MDL has been very smooth. In particular, Rachel Aguilar has been outstanding. She takes our needs as tenants very seriously, always responds quickly, and does her best to resolve any issues. Overall, we are very satisfied with MDL's management. They truly deserve a 5-star rating. read more

I've worked with a few HOA associations both personally and professionally, and Chris and Erin have been awesome to work with. I'm on our HOA at Northwest Career College, and we meet with them regularly, both in person and over email. They're super knowledgeable, financially responsible, and just great people to be around. Our meetings are always organized, supportive, and efficient, which I really appreciate. We've had a few vendor issues over the seasons, as expected, and they've always jumped in quickly to get things resolved. Great customer service is harder to come by these days, which is one of the many things we pride ourselves on at Northwest Career College, and they still have it! read more

Keith is a terrible property manager. Most of the poor ratings are from tenants and the high ratings from homeowners. I had the same experience as most other tenants with 1 star reviews. These pics were from move-in. Bins full of trash, washer was covered in mold growth so they replaced it, dishwasher was broken so they replaced it, and items were left in the backyard. They don't fix any thing. They wouldn't fix my heat going out at night in winter for weeks, but they nickel-and-dimed me on my security deposit. Charging $300 to clean an oven that was in similar condition to when I moved in. They also tried to charge me for things that were annotated in the move-in inspection photos. Keith will do everything to steal from you! Avoid shelter at all costs, especially if you are military. read more

Highly recommend the MDL team - easy to work with - they listened to what we were looking for and provided their time and expertise to make the process of relocating our office as painless as possible. read more

I had an extremely negative experience with MDL Group. After disputing extra CAM charges in May 2024 for services that were never provided--such as AC filter changes, janitorial services, and landscaping--I received no resolution. Instead of addressing the dispute, MDL Group retaliated against me by refusing to extend my lease and charging late fees, eviction notice fees, and more. Their discriminatory behavior, specifically against me based on my origin, was unacceptable. Alia, in particular, was unprofessional and showed clear racist tendencies in her interactions with me. I have documented proof of the communication and have filed a formal complaint for their refusal to resolve the matter and for their discriminatory practices. If you are considering working with MDL Group, be cautious--they will not hesitate to retaliate or discriminate if you raise any valid concerns. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a professional company. read more

Had a great experience with MDL Group. They are quick to respond to issues. For an HOA, the are top notch.

management is terrible Be careful with this property managers ( Keith and Rachel) they almost harass all tenants regularly to the point to force tenants leave and quit the lease to steal deposit. They don't fix anything in buildings and tow tenant vehicles. read more

MDL Group gave me 5 STAR Service! I listed 3 commercial buildings with them. Before doing so, I requested that Jarrad Katz show me comparables for my buildings to help me set a realistic value which he did. We set the value we expected to sell at so that we could sell them quickly. We sold the first two within a short time. They assisted me with the transition of the properties with my tenants, with the title company, with offering the services of various contractors for a few repairs, and with 1031 exchanges to help me save on taxes! Galit was responsive and knowledgeable, she reached out on almost a daily basis to keep me aware of what was needed to be done by myself or by others to close each deal. The third deal took a little longer as we had to deal with SBA financing which I didn't know the government shutdown would affect! She remained focused on closing the deal and communicated often with the Buyer's lender and agent to keep me informed and then pushed to get the sale closed quickly once the shutdown ended. They are a very professional team that focuses on commercial business! They know the market and offer to sell or lease units as you may require. I enjoyed working with them! Thanks MDL Group! read more

This property management company treats its tenant so bad. Keith and Rachel are very disturbing managers and make life difficult. They harass all tenants regularly and try to force them to move out. They charges 3 times deposit. They don't fix anything on their properties so AC lights etc are terrible in their buildings and offices. I wish I knew the tenants. None of them are happy at 3433 Losee rd building. Do not work with these slum Lords. read more

MDL is a joke. None of their commercial tenants are happy. They terrorize all their tenants with towing, fines, inspections and absurd other rules warnings that comes nowhere. I have dealt with Desiree, Chris, Angela and a few others over here. The professionalism and follow up is a very fresh change in our industry. Awesome property management team, focused on providing WOW customer service! I truly love working with the MDL team.

We rented an office operated by MDL in November of 2020. They took over management at the same time we rented. Frankly, had we talked to other businesses in the building, we would not have gone with this property. In the time since we have occupied our space, it took 2 weeks to fix heat that did not work when we moved in (it's super fun working in an office that is 55 degrees), they only fixed 1 of 3 items that were addressed on our initial walk through, and only then after 4 months. They never fixed the swamp cooler in our warehouse space, but charged $1100 for a replacement condenser on air conditioning that was not broken. Our lease indicated that we would take the property "as is" but that it would be in acceptable condition. The property was not only not acceptable, it's a disaster that keeps on giving. read more

I have enjoyed working with TEAM MDL for the last three years. They have been instrumental in executing my investment strategy, involving property improvements, weeding out weak tenants and working closely with my leasing team on attracting a stronger tenant base. I wanted to take a moment to give MDL Group some props, but more importantly recognize some the people who make MDL Group great to deal with as property management group. I've been a tenant for nearly 15 years at one of their properties. I'm not going to say everything has been peaches, however throughout all these years, what I can say is MDL has been professional, attentive, reasonable and fair when addressing any past concerns. This feedback is purely from my own experiences dealing with other property management companies. Trust me, as a landlord myself, and from a perceptive of also being a tenant, MDL Group is superior in my opinion to most PM groups out there. I first took my real estate exam at the age of 16 years old and was the youngest agent to ever join a brokerage when I turned 18 in the early 90's. I also launched the first mortgage school in Vegas in the early 2000's. With my knowledge and past years of experience in real estate game, I think it's safe to say MDL Group is second to none. If I owed a shopping center today and needed a PM company, they'd be my first call. Like most businesses, it's not the business itself but rather the team behind it which makes it successful. One of those people I'd like to recognize is Cat A-H. She's tremendously professional, attentive and gets straight to the point, all while still being empathetic when any concerns arises. I hope MDL Group truly understands what an asset she is to their company. In addition, I'd like to thank Felicia T. for dealing with us over all these years. We've had our ups and downs, but nothing that didn't workout for the better. Managing a bunch of tenants is no easy task. I appreciate her understanding and patiences with us. I am not always the easiest person to deal with and I recognize that. Thanks for not giving up on me Felicia ;-) Lastly I read the review below from Rachel G. which sounds like an unfortunately situation. What people need to realize is MDL is a property management company, not necessary THE owner or funding source of the shopping or business center. I suggest leasing from a center in which you know the owner cares about the property like our landlord Danny who also deserves props for his dedication to keeping our property clean, maintained, and more importantly, always looking for a way to improve the centers curb appeal which keeps traffic coming into the center. Thanks Danny! read more
